This is great news.People shouldn't be forced to pay dues to a group they are not a part of.If an employer chooses to give what ever benefits he gives to union members to non-union members it is the employer's business not the union's.

I am a shop steward and actually agree with this. As long as I am not forced to represent a non-union member, which I am, then I have no problem with them not paying dues.
