Court won't reinstate New York City's big-soda ban

That's right. The Bloomberg nanny state intrusion, however well intentioned, is dead. Long live personal freedoms.



Government assuming it has the authority to do whatever it pleases seems to be contracting. NYC being the testing grounds for such legislation was dealt a blow, and I think that's a good thing.

You cant ban soda.... That attempt was dumb and tyrannical....

So if someone wanted a large beverage they just need to order 2??????? once again pols are idiots
