KFC accused of kicking out girl, 3, scarred in pit bull attack By Ralph Ellis and Joe

Re: KFC accused of kicking out girl, 3, scarred in pit bull attack By Ralph Ellis and

You could give me $$ for my libel lawsuit victory :) Please, entertain me.

So you're a fan of frivolous lawsuits too.

The more you post, the clearer it is that you're not a Libertarian.

Re: KFC accused of kicking out girl, 3, scarred in pit bull attack By Ralph Ellis and

Uh no, never said it was written. An employee orientation mtg. contains several policy statements that aren't written.

You said employees must follow the corporate policy "by the letter" - what were you alluding to if not a written policy?

BTW, it might be best to stop digging about now.

Yes, they will hunt down the person who registered with a fake name and an anonymous email and posted some wacky reviews from the local library and sue the pants of them.

Especially when the individual reveals his location and position (as was the case in the so-called "anonymous" post).

Would you like to buy a bridge? I've got a great big one for sale.....

Oh please do post something false about me and so I can teach you about it in court :)

YUM brands has nothing better to do all day. KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Huts all run themselves. The YUM executives spend their days reading anonymous posts from cooks and dishwashers.;)

Nah, I wouldn't want to take limbaugh's anus away from you. It's your primary source of knowledge about the world, including the concept of free markets :lamo

Like you posted something false about the CEO of KFC?

You can't sue me for saying that you aren't a Libertarian on DP. You do know that, right? ;)

What's the person's name? Which store did he work for? What town was it in? What street does he live on?

He's not anonymous, so tell us.

And it would seem, customers, who have the audacity to expose their bizarre corporate policies :)

FYI, free markets permit customers to offer feedback about their experiences at private (and taxpayer-subsidized) businesses. This had to be said because Rush likely never explained that to you.

Re: KFC accused of kicking out girl, 3, scarred in pit bull attack By Ralph Ellis and

Dunno--free market Libertarians like me have always had a problem w/other people or entities dipping their greasy hands in my pocket. FYI, you're not getting any welfare, so quit asking.

Little early to be so deep in the cups. You're not a free market libertarian. Heck, you don't even know the difference between corporate and franchise. A FM libertarian would be okay with the girl being ejected (the market makes the rules).

All that info (location, position, etc.) is in that post--reread the citation, then get back to us.

That's funny considering I don't even like the guy, so please tell me more about me and less about KFC's actual policies that you claim to know. You don't seem to know much about either.

Are you trying to be the Andy Koffman of political posts?

Has to be a factually incorrect assertion, i. e. like claiming something false about my business' current policies.

You said it's not anonymous. You tell me, as you are the one who said the person can be identified.

Little early to be so deep in the cups. You're not a free market libertarian. Heck, you don't even know the difference between corporate and franchise.

And you apparently are unaware that franchise owners must also abide by corporate policy as opposed to being able to set all their own. When exit limbaugh's anus and learn about the real world (including about how "capitalism" in the US actually works), please get back to us.

You didn't post a link to their policies. KFC, their parent company, none of them.

An anonymous post isn't a link to their policies.

Where is your proof that they knew about the situation before the grandmother went public? Let me save you the trouble. Her own words prove the opposite. Read her FB posts. She went public, went to the media, and ended it by saying she was going to write a letter to the CEO. So you are factually incorrect, unless the grandmother is lying?

A factually incorrect assertion, kinda like the entirety of your posts in this thread? You're trying to be a parity of a drunken socialist, right? This is a college experiment right?

Roseville, MN KFC store. Read it

The last college experiment we did was testing to see how long it takes a conservative to grasp the concept of taxpayer subsidy after being exposed to 1 hr. FoxNews. Fastest time = 17.65 hrs.

Someone has a fixation on Rush Limbaugh's anus. She keeps mentioning it.

Not true. I used to date a KFC franchisee's daughter in HS. Even worked there for a short period. The policies franchisees must follow all deal with trademark. And again, you've shown zero proof of any of your claims regarding corporate policy.
