Re: KFC accused of kicking out girl, 3, scarred in pit bull attack By Ralph Ellis and
Well, since Solletica didn't provide me with the post number, I had to go looking for it.
Interesting. It was on page 60 on Indeed.com. So Solletica, you read through all 60 pages before you found one that you (incorrectly) believe backed up your point?
Here is the full post:
Its not a bad place. But its time to move on.Shift supervisor (Current Employee), Roseville, MN – June 28, 2013
The hardest part of the job was talking to angry customers and trying to explain to them due to the policy of the store that I am not authorize to give anything to them. The hardest part is trying to catch customer who calls in about a false situation to receive free things.
One of the hard part of the job is managing a big group of people who are – more... not really strong and are lost most of the time. Its hard to keep them where they are suppose to be because everyone like to run around scattered.
The most enjoyable part of the job was working with friends and having nice customers who doesnt like to cause troubles. And being able to actually smile other than faking it as part of the customer service. –
So where do I start?
1. June 2013 that person said "shift supervisor". And we know this person really worked there....how?
2. The comment at the beginning about The hardest part of the job was talking to angry customers and trying to explain to them due to the policy of the store that I am not authorize to give anything to them has nothing to do with this kind of story. How do you know he didn't mean that he could give 5 free buckets of chicken to a pissed off customer who had to wait 20 minutes for his order? The comment in no way implies that KFC employees have to throw out physically disabled little girls.
3. There is no name, no email address linked, nothing at all to verify that the post is real at all, even though it isn't necessary because the post is benign. As I said, Indeed.com is an anonymous board.
4. The fact that you knew exactly where that post was (buried in thousands of other anonymous posts) leads me to believe you're the one who typed it in 2013. Did KFC fire you? It would explain your anger towards them.
Epic fail on your part. Next time you want to make false statements, you may want to be a little more prepared for the reality check you will get.
Now, let everyone else wait until the full story comes out, not what you imagined.
