Judicial Watch: New Documents Show IRS HQ Control of Tea Party Targeting

There is sufficient evidence to appoint a special prosecutor...there does not have to be proof, but a body of evidence of high crimes or misdemeanors....in this case Lois Lewrner has made statements to the committe *under oath*, statements which have since been contradicted by a series of witnesses, those she had attempted to blame.

that is clear indication of an attempt to deceive and obstruct justice. Her continuing refusal to hide behind the fifth amendment when she has surrendered that right with an opening statement is yet another indication of moral collapse within the system....the executive itself is indicated in wrong doing.

Absolutely. Now the question is why there hasn't been one appointed. Maybe the dont want to distract from Benghazi. Maybe they want to wait until after the election when the atmosphere is more amendable . Who knows.

What's the point?

who says very clearly that she talked to people in Cincinnati.....snip~

That's the Point PB.....and now that all the material is in here those on the Right can bring it up anytime you keep coming with the spin. :spin:

There won't be an appointment of a special prosecutor unless there is evidence against someone in the inner circle.
I think the dems are going to be forced to see just that.
I know you don't believe this, but neither the President nor the Democrats have anything to worry about. Despite what Ms. Mitchell says this is a phony scandal. I would hope at some point they give Lois Lerner immunity from prosecution, so she can testify.

I'm not spinning, that USA article speaks the truth.

It may be something as simple as the mid terms.....

I think they're afraid of uncovering evidence that overwhelmingly supports impeachment and nobody wants to be the guy that impeached the first, "black", president. Besides that, Nancy Pelosi would **** a snake to protect Obama, because the Libbos can't afford for the first black president to become the biggest failure in American history.

It's too bad the country is in too fragile a shape to allow this failure to continue...

Kindly demonstrate how YOU know the threshold that would trigger a special prosecutor.

As for the rest, this is the same line you guys spouted when this scandal broke one year ago. Stick to it at your own peril.

If thats the case they better get some balls real quick. Impeachment is at this point inappropriate.

I'm not spinning, that USA article speaks the truth.

On September 18, 2013, a front-page analysis published by USA Today confirmed the targeting of conservatives. ZERO seconds of coverage.....snip~

Yeah it did on Sept 18 2013.....when USA confirmed the targeting of conservatives. Notice how that worked out with everything else that was put up. ;)

Faux fall guys and fake outrage.

Yeah, From PB's article from a year ago.....then we still find out afterward how Obama vowed to do all he could. But for some reason can't make sure the Requests for all emails and hard copy from Democratic Politicians can be given to counsel so that the case can proceed on. To Bad BO didn't say he would do something this week.....huh?

I'll do everything in my power to make sure that nothing like this ever happens again, by holding the responsible parties accountable, by putting in place new checks and new safeguards, and, going forward, my making sure the law is applied as it should be — in a fair and impartial way," Obama said.

Just the Obama usual.....more lies.

President Barack Obama said Wednesday that he was "angry" at IRS officials who inappropriately targeted conservative groups for scrutiny, announcing that his administration had sought and accepted Steven Miller's resignation as interim commissioner of the IRS.

Oh yeah ... Obama was fit to be tied that such a thing could have been happening right through his election year.
uh-huh.

But anyway ... if it was just in Cincy, and not a scandal, why'd the guy resign?

Apparently President Obama felt he was incompetent and forced him to resign.
