That was a pretty good post. So what do you think about this? What types of treatments do you think the government should provide to transgender prisoners?

Well I definitely think the government should look after the physical and psychological needs of it's prisoners. But SRS is rather expensive. If Chelsea did indeed want that, why should the government provide it for her?

Not all mental illness is insanity. Psychosis is insanity. As you said they're on par with people who have severe irrational phobias. People with extreme phobias are neurotic, not psychotic.
