Your trying to compare being poor which is not a medical or psychological condition to gender dysphoria which is. How is that not ridiculous?
Some of that is not necessarily due to being poor. Sometimes people don't properly count the cards. The resultant depression, which is what you are basing the need for SRS on, is the same. The cause is different.
