Karl Rove: Hillary may have brain damage [W:40, 145]

Re: Karl Rove: Hillary may have brain damage [W:40]

Could you call any of the other republican canidates a credible contender? I think john huntsman was the only one.

Of those interested Huntsman and Tim Pawlenty. Dainels the former governor of Indiana was courted by the republicans, but he said no. If I remember right the establishment republicans went after Daniels when it became fairly clear Romney would win, but I might be wrong about the timing. I think the Republicans kept looking for someone else besides Romney, Remember at sometime or another Perry as their darling, then Cain, Gingrich and probably another one or two I can't remember.

Re: Karl Rove: Hillary may have brain damage [W:40]

let's see...........

when "judicial watch" has to use the freedom of information act to get documents from the administration to shed light on the situation, please explain why the administration didn't release them? transparency!! of course NOT!!

when you have to use the freedom of information act to get the facts, something is usually being.......................

I've have used the FOIA to access documents contained in my DIS file. It's going through proper channels, it's not anything like most people think it is.
It's a legal procedural step used to obtain documents and information from a government agency.

Judicial Watch needed to file paperwork with the US Department of Justice, by law.

Re: Karl Rove: Hillary may have brain damage [W:40]

No... You must be lost...
...The topic here is Rove making false claims about candidates he opposes.
Certainly Travis 007 knows that Rove is the one who falsely accused McCain in that 11th hour smear...
The same Rove who is saying that Hillary has brain damage , although he walked it back when asked about it.
Travis 007 must know what Rove does and has done in the past or he wouldn't have brought up the McCain smear...right?

Libs commie program????
How old are you?

Perhaps you could do more research to discover what America's teachers are teaching their students, and it shows. This is a good start hour investigation..

Re: Karl Rove: Hillary may have brain damage [W:40]

Thate where amnsety fits in.. the libs need to flood the polls with illegals without IDs....

Not really. I just looked at Gallup which has a monthly party affiliation poll which shows as of April 8th 29% of the electorate identifies with the Democrats, 25% with the Republicans and 46% as independent. Of that 46% who say they are independents 14% lean Democratic and 16% Republcan with 16% in the category as true/pure independents. You look at the 2012 figures the Democrats had 35% of the electorate back then compared with 30% for the Republicans. So the Republicans are starting off in any presidential election at a disadvantage. The independents split their vote in 2012 50-50 and President Obama won 51-47 almost exactly the difference in the political parties bases.

Re: Karl Rove: Hillary may have brain damage [W:40]

As you know, I have never felt Hillary would run - based on comments she herself has made over the years. But I also understand that politicians sometimes have to play things the way they do to keep things interesting and "newsy." Two years is a very long time in the political world, as you have pointed out, so I reckon we'll know for sure one way or the other... when they tell us!

I got a chuckle out of that, exactly. We will know when they tell us. How true it is. I suppose the question may be, can the Democrats persuade Hillary to run even if she doesn't want to? That may be courting disaster which may lead to an inept campaign and so on.

Re: Karl Rove: Hillary may have brain damage [W:40]

The way the GOP has been putting forth idiots disguised as Presidential candidates, Hillary will win even if she's deaf, dumb and blind. Seriously, Karl needs to put a viable Republican candidate on the platform, not try to undercut the Democrat.

However, maybe this opens up a plan of attack on Hillary's flank. IMO, the D's would be well served to find a suitable alternate candidate. Is Wiener still available?

Do you have any evidence of this? Was it Rove who called the NYTimes?

The same Rove who is saying that Hillary has brain damage , although he walked it back when asked about it.
Did you read the title of this link?

Did Judicial Watch fill out the proper paperwork for the request? Do they have proof that such documents even exist? Because if the documents don't exist then that might explain why they haven't been released.

Hillary is an old, sacked out, haggard alcoholic. Her brain is being preserved in a big bottle of grey goose. Head trauma or not, she is still better than the clown we have now!
How sad is that?
Heck, I bet the ol' battle axe could even scare Putin.

I'm not at all convinced Hillary Clinton will run. Last week was a tough one for her with new stuff coming to light in the Benghazi scandal which can be directly tied to all the other failures of this administration on counter-terrorism from the Brotherhood, Syrian rebels, Iran and Boko Haram terrorist organization which puts her time as Secretary of State in a very bad light. Then the Lewinsky issue being ressurrected which absolutely makes her look like the biggest bimbo of all especially while trying to feed the flames on the make believe a war on women. But she does have the ability to raise money and there are multiple pac organizations doing just that on the hope that she runs. I just want to get through the mid-terms and see the Republicans take back the Senate while weeding out a few of those crusty members that have been in Washington way too long and have forgotten their core principles and replacing them with young new faces full of energy to tackle the hard issues.

Re: Karl Rove: Hillary may have brain damage [W:40]

did you weep when McCain was falsley accused of an affair that ran in the NYTs for weeks on the front page even though it was a lie? right before the election....

You mean what Bush did to McCain? ;)

Re: Karl Rove: Hillary may have brain damage [W:40]

I am not going to jump in to defend Hillary because, well, I don't like her.

But make no mistake. Karl Rove is a raging lunatic and he has done GREAT harm to this country with his misleading propaganda and the poisoning of otherwise good minds here in America.

Think about it. Can you name ONE Rove supporter that is not cuckoo in the head?

I may not like Hillary but I hate Karl Rove's guts.

How did he harm the country?

Re: Karl Rove: Hillary may have brain damage [W:40]

Rove, the man who spectacularly made a fool of himself on election night is trying to top himself?

Really, this is low, even for him.

:agree: ... In two years, who knows what the public will remember about what was happening in 2014? Probably little to nothing, but if the talk persists, then we'll hear "That was two years ago, dude!" Funny, though, how Bush can still be blamed for everything wrong that happens today - five years after he left office! *perplexed look on face while shaking head*

Greetings, Vesper. :2wave:

The country will be screwed, if she doesn't have brain damage.

She would have been far superior to what we have currently, imo. She's an ideologue to a certain degree, but she also has some common sense, and she knows not to take it too far.

yeah it's pretty pathetic but they are still blaming Bush for their failures from the slow economy to their forked up counter-terrorism polices. There is an old saying " To err is human, to blame it on someone else is even more human."

Re: Karl Rove: Hillary may have brain damage [W:40]

Which was fewer than many secretaries of state. I did list her accomplishments. She is alot of things, but stupid is not one of them.
Maybe not stupid but not smart either, and unethical.

The story is based on statements by Jerry Zeifman, a Democrat, who was a counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee. He said that he supervised then Hillary Rodham who got a job working on the investigation of the Watergate scandal, which eventually brought Richard Nixon's presidency to an end through resignation.

Zeifman published a book in 2006 titled Hillary's Pursuit of Power. On his website, which is no longer on the Internet, Zeifman said "Hillary Clinton is ethically unfit to be either a Senator or President--and if she were to become President, the last vestiges of the traditional moral authority of the party of Roosevelt, Truman and Johnson will be destroyed."

Zeifman said that during her work on the investigation of the Watergate scandal, Hillary Rodham "...engaged in a variety of self-serving unethical practices in violation of House rules."

In 1998 Zeifman was a consultant to a member of the Judiciary Committee that impeached President Bill Clinton and said he "gained extensive personal insights into the unethical practices of Hillary Clinton in her White House 'West Wing' office."

Specifically, Zeifman believes that Hillary Rodham Clinton and others wanted Richard Nixon to remain in office to enhance the chances of Senator Ted Kennedy or another Democrat being elected president. Zeifman contends that in 1974 a young lawyer who shared an office with Clinton came to him to apologize that he and Clinton had lied to him. The lawyer, John Labovitz, is quoted as saying that he was dismayed with "...her erroneous legal opinions and efforts to deny Nixon representation by counsel -- as well as an unwillingness to investigate Nixon."

Zeifman charges that Clinton regularly consulted with Ted Kennedy's chief political strategist, which was a violation of House rules.

Zeifman said he regrets that when he terminated Clinton from the Nixon impeachment staff he did not report her unethical practices to the appropriate bar association.

Hillary Clinton's former boss says he fired her from an investigative* position because she was a "liar" and "unethical-Truth!

Re: Karl Rove: Hillary may have brain damage [W:40]

Let's see now....after an FBI investigation, a investigation report by the Intelligence Select Committee, inquiries and a reports by the Armed Services Committee, the Foreign Affairs committee, the Intelligence, Judiciary, and Oversight Committee, an investigation report by State Department Accountability Review Board, an investigation report by the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and an investigation report by the House Select Committee.....and you believe the WH still isn't coming clean about the attacks on Benghazi? Really? What piece of the puzzle are you missing that all those investigations didn't find?

There was a point in time Id have agreed with that.. and true,... compared to Obama anything is an improvement..
