FBI investigating Bundy supporters in BLM dispute[W:338]

"Social constructs" are highly subjective - which is why we have a democracy - it is just too bad our democracy failed us due to corruption and manipulation.

As I do not believe you recognized the 'Monk' reference, and you made no attempt to fake such, I believe this debate is over.

Good day.

I'm pretty sure I caught your reference or "pun" or "implication."

The "FEMA Camp" people live in the same ignorant paranoia as the chem trails and NWO, etc conspiroland.

Yes, so true. All someone has to do is plant a conspiracy theory, keep repeating it over and over, and people lick it up. Mostly the sheepie.

I wasn't there when they tried to round up cattle, but when militias show up and threaten government people with resistance by the use of firearms, or putting other people in the way of the confrontation, I'm almost positive photographs were taken of the people protesting, and now might be going into being investigated.

This should come as no surprise to anyone, this could have been predicted the day after their little standoff.

If they're (FBI) doing this, it's going to create sort of a diversion while they might detain or arrest some militia members, and a possible imminent Bundy arrest. Whenever a law enforcement agency widens the scope of an investigation, people get trapped into the net.

I'm done here myself for right now...

I'm tired of arguing with people.

Now we're getting somewhere - how the hell do you think democrats keep their party alive?

You are tired of arguing with sane people...

Sane? - you mean "corn-fed?" er brainwashed?

When the government comes for you you will sing a different tune - until then you will think I'm a nutbar.

It's only a matter of time before the government comes and ****s with you...

8 years of hiring activist under billy jeff will do that to a good agency.

I concur Janet Reno is an idiot. When you read the 9-11 Commision Report and weigh all the evidence it was Janet Reno who ****ed up big time and her actions allowed 9-11 to happen.

But I digress.

The former ATAF Resident Agent for Orange County, Ca. during the 1980's was a acquaintance of mine. There was no problem with the ATAF back then. They got along with sportsmen, gun owners and gun shop owners. Then they overnight seemed to have been politicized in 1993 and became Gestapo like.

Except when the people who are telling the fed to "**** off" are doing so while pointing guns at the Feds, that is called threatening violence against government agents. That my friend is a crime.

Kind of like lefty anti war protester telling cops or even state National Guard troops to **** off while throwing rocks and bottles.

I'm pretty sure I caught your reference or "pun" or "implication."

Allusion.

Perhaps you'll understand racism is more than bigotry.

It's not illegal to point a gun at someone. Besides, can you really blame them? they're standing up for their rights (both civil and property)....

Also, maybe if the FBI just left them alone they wouldn't have guns pointed at them? ever think about that?

Actually it is a crime to point a firearm at someone in Nevada even if its unloaded. And no they are not just standing up for their rights.

No, they're standing up for a freeloader who won't pay his bills and is resisting being evicted. It's no different from a gang of thugs who won't let a landlord get rid of a tenant who won't pay his rent.

So, here it comes....Round 2.

And in true authoritarian style, a full propaganda effort will accompany the suppression of any possible uprising to ensure that the sheep soaking up the reports will know who "the bad guy" is supposed to be....

Remember Orwell.....OBEY!
Or, you know, don't point your gun at anything you aren't going to shoot.

Remember that guy up on the bridge pointing his rifle at the general crowd? He belongs in prison for that, charged with one count of reckless endangerment per person in that crowd.

Classic CON game... the armed confrontation was defused by the Feds. The armed 'militia' that guarded a free loading, lying, criminal should be investigated.

Can't wait for the CON screams about another 'WACO' to start puking up...

Now imagine a small group of Muslim Americans had been using federal lands/buildings for 20 some years rent free even as a series of court orders told them to desist. Imagine that when the feds FINALLY move in to evict these free loading bums an Islamic 'militia' shows up from outside the state, armed and proclaiming they are there to fight to Government. Go on TV saying they will put women to the front, and be on film as occupying prone, bipod supported overwatch positions.

Would the CONs still be supportive and sling claims of 'another Ruby Ridge setting up' ????
What's a "CON"?

I think it's not really accurate to call him a leech... i mean, I suppose he does owe some fees, but let's not pretend the government actually does anything with that land... they most assuredly do not.... they don't put any money into that land at all.... they don't care for it, they don't maintain it, they don't set foot on it.
absentee landlord is an apt term

we natives knew something was going on out in that area in the early 90's.. lo and behold, most of the ranchers out there are gone now.
when the put in a big ol hiway interchange in the middle of nowhere, you know the the usual suspects are planning on cashing in on something.

the only time anything is done with BLM land is when a ranking politician come up with a corrupt scheme to sell it to his crony developers ( foreign and domestic), or buy it... to make his own money off it.
I'm a Nevada native... that **** is done all the time.
Harry Reid isn't the first corrupt Nevada politician to get rich on such schemes... and he won't be the last

but for some odd reason, folks are oh-so worried about cows eating scrub brush off of land nobody gives a **** about.

fair enough, but just because a building is abandoned, it doesn't give people the right to come in and live in it when the owner does not allow it. Same thing here.

You may not care for Bundy the man but that's not the point. The point is government overreaction to what is a problem easily resolved. The Feds have recently begun to send SWAT teams in for any minor grievance and, finally, a bill has been introduced to put some sort of control over the groups and the bureaucrats who authorize them.

SWAT was not called in until there was a threat of violence. Originally the BLM began the roundup after the court decision, and had to end it after threats were made. That is when federal agents called in heavier guns. Its not like the feds came in guns a blazing to begin with.

Bbbbbut he wasn't really aiming at anyone, well..... kinda aiming, bbbbut sorta aiming but not really aiming at anyone, he just wanted to be ready to drop someone.

Would have been a real treat if the feds and protesters would have gotten into a scuffle, the guy on the bridge would've opened fire, killed one of his own, then blamed it on the fedurul gubbermint.

It use to be called "open range." It's an American thing.

I deal with the BLM and it's Rangers all of the time. Personally I've never had a problem with the BLM. I'm aware of a few real ass hole Rangers.

But I've never met a rancher who hasn't been ****ed around by the BLM.

So what your telling me, is that instead of purchasing the land, they would rather live off it for free. What is the difference between them and the welfare queens who live in public housing and are not responsible for providing for themselves an society in a meaningful way?

Ok, I'll agree with that. But in honesty how do we know that he is even part of any militia? He could have been just a stooge friend of the photographer used for staged propaganda.

Now, you're really reaching.

But, that's OK. There is no way you can defend Freeloader Bundy without a long, long reach.
