I hope they give him one point of relevant conduct for his offense level for each person whose card got hacked. THat means about a billion years in federal prison.

People like him ought to get far more time than some coke dealer or even some asshole Chester watching kiddie porn IMHO. guys like him screw with the lives of hundreds of thousands of people. Hell, LWOP works for this type of asshole

In January, two Mexican citizens were arrested at the border with Texas holding 96 fraudulent credit cards, also related to the breach, authorities said.

Law enforcement believe the cyber attack began overseas.

Since, two Mexicans were also caught, it leads me to believe that they and this guy from Texas are hired shoppers for someone else who bought the credit card numbers off the internet and hired them to go shopping for merchandise to sell on the black market. Whoever breached Target are most likely the ones selling the credit numbers on underground websites. So far they've only sold about 30 to 40% of the cards they stole. The authorities figure at that rate, it will probably be another year or so before the hacker(s) run out of cards to sell. So a lot of people are still vulnerable out there.
