Odd, with a leader who claimed 40 times what was not, blamed FOR TWO weeks the death of his ambassador on a demonstration that never happened, and lied about saying it was a terrorist attack "from the beginning" that one would contend that anyone and everyone on what you call the "right" cannot be trusted.

In every government scandal/cover up, the excuses and blame-the-messenger attacks get more vacuous and lame as the truth looms closer.

For "old news" it's generating more interest than it did when people still liked Obama and it's the people who determine what is news, not the president or his lying little turd Jay Carney.

For a "nothing", it seems a lot that has been denied is now true....and now as well, Obama and Clinton are looking at a Republican controlled congress with which to fend off.

Payback is, indeed, a bitch.

Find the source. The stupid video was heavily circulated the weekend prior to 9-11-12. Friday to Sunday was September 7-9. It was this man who got the ball rolling, Sheikh Khalid Abdullah. I'm not saying it was the cause, only that it had roots, which makes Hilliary's 10pm call to Obama not complete BS.

That article has a few errors as well, one claiming it was a 'night time assault mob'.

"I don't have a bad conscience about it, I did not call for violence," Mr Abdullah told The Sunday Telegraph yesterday in an interview at his home in a middle-class Cairo suburb. "It's not like I made this film. I only transmitted the news. It is funny that people in the West imagine that showing only two and a half minutes of the film on my channel was responsible for this whole crisis."

I doubt you would have had much to gain politically from claiming a video was behind the attack on Benghazi. But Barry and Hillary on the other hand.....!

That's awfully self assured. You have 100% knowledge of all the information with which these decisions were made? Must have been in the oval office the entire time. :lmao

I'm not convinced that all the classified information which presidents have access to, but the public does not, and on which president make their decisions, has been released to the public for review, study and inspection. Hence, my thinking that we really won't know what happened for at least 10-15 years or more, depending on how quickly all the classified information is released.

You and self assurance can feel free to paint yourself into a corner. I'm just gonna say there's more information that hasn't been revealed yet.

this is very typical of the Jihadists.. They always put out a red herring to blame and not the real issue ( infidels must die).. the western media like Obama and Mehdi feed that lie and repeat it to make sure to have a cop out .. as Obama is an apologist for the Jihad and was created by the Jihad..

How do you know it was "that particular video" and not the dozens of others on the internet?

Do you not find the dates of these protests significant, or was it just a coincidence?

Americans should be more interested in how their Ambassador and the three other Americans died fighting in Benghazi rather than what happened in Cairo or Yemen.

Oh please, it looks like their death is being exploited and used as a political tool. It's fair to expect answers and grill the president and his admin, however, it is far different to continue to push the story long after the fact. We haven't found any bombshell. We have no evidence the president was protecting terrorists or wanted anybody in particular to get killed. Yes, respect the dead, of ****ing course, but the media doesn't care. How many people even knows the names of the dead heroes? Do you know their names? How much does the media talk about them, their lives, facilities, etc.?

It's a political story, nothing more.

I'd like to have all the details on what actually happened.

Be interesting to see if this congressional inquiry or whatever actually tries to do that.

I know because the protestors said it was that video and of course the date is significant but that does not mean it was the reason for those protests. You an I know the CIA was the one who blamed the attack on the video and It was most likely to help cover yet another intelligence blunder. The CIA is the one who should be being investigated but that would not suit the partisans so we will probably never find out the truth.
