A violent act which is intended to create fear for political gain; as distinguished from violent acts to seize or protect assets, or defeat the enemy.

If these 'militia' were pulling people out of their cars at gun-point with the demand that this will continue until the government abolished the BLM, that would be terrorism.

These were political actions but that is not the only definition of terrorism.

Yes but they are still terrorists despite your narrow definition. I think the minute they pulled the first person over they should have been rounded up.

They are not violent nor are they trying to coerce. Thus they are not terrorists. They are stopping people, which is illegal, and they are trying to protect the Bundy ranch, as vain a cause as that is.
