What flag does the U.S. Govt. use?
Last time that I checked it was the stars and stripes.
That doesn't make the "government" flag.

Or maybe a 400 lb American human who's spent a little too much time at McDonalds, eh?
WE ARE THE LANDLORDS! That's what this whole.thing is about.
No, our rights exist. Period. His right to graze was there until they decided to change the rules and lie about the "endangered turtles". Thats when it really became not about rights but lies.
WE shouldn't be.
'It being "ours" doesn't give people the right to use it as they see fit. The Capitol Building is by definition ours. Can I set up a tent in the main lobby and live there? No. Your understanding of public property and what it entails is EXTREMELY misinformed or you're being disingenuous. Which is it?
Seems the tortoise and cows have coexisted so far. Might want to research agenda 21 a bit see what is really going on.

I have a major problem with the rules, regs, conditions set forth and for who they actually benefit unlike you people who think our FedGov is omnipotent.
If it's a state's rights issue as you say, Bundy should pay state's fees, $12 a head in Nevada, compared to $1.35 a head to the BLM .

That is our country's flag ...America ya know. Land of the free and the brave.
Unlike what statists believe.

You mean they stopped ranchers from grassing off of public land.
The Bundy is raising grass fed beef. Most beef is grain fed. Bundy amounts to the dirty hippies who raise free range chickens and charging several bucks or more for a dozen eggs.So if you are buying beef from a regular grocery store it is grain fed. What the average person pays for beef is not being effected by closing public lands to grazing.
Everyone is free to "Have a Major Problem".....but they are not free to break societal law based upon it, as the result would be Anarchy and Chaotic breakdown of said society. Just take a close look at the situation in discussion, Taken to a worst case scenario we end up with many dead and wounded citizens and a Government considered to be guilty of brutality, all as a result of people having a major problem and acting on it.
So we should be able to use public land for anything we want? I should be able to farm in Yellowstone?
His rights did exist before the BLM, just like my rights existed before me.
That is sometimes how change occurs. (see history of America)
No one has rights to land. Read the BoR. But there are rights that exist before people are born, were you born in 1791?What?
You had right to land before you were even born? I don't even recall a specific right to land in the Constitution either? And even if you do own land before a certain law or agency was established, since when do laws/agencies only created before you owned the land apply to you?
Someone has an extremely misguided view of law and rights.
But that is not what the G is claiming. They based much of their latest actions on a turtle. Which is a lie.as long as you understand that your rights do not exist untill you do.
to you point on the rancher. His right to property can be denied with due process of law.[5th amendemnt] You may claim he has not yet recieved due process, but you can not claim he has unlimited and life-long right to property.
Seeing how he has been using public lands to graze his cattle on the property he has is insufficient in raising cattle. How long he alleges that his family had the property for is irrelevant. When businesses expand they often move if the property is insufficient, they just do not build onto their neighbors without permission.
I don't give a **** what he "feels." He's still breaking the law.
Wesley Snipes felt like he shouldn't have to pay taxes, and he got to feel his feelings for three years in a prison cell.
Most of those freeloaders aren't using militias to defend their right to freeload.
But that is not what the G is claiming. They based much of their latest actions on a turtle. Which is a lie.
The turtle is/was relevant and all fed agencies have to follow endangered ,now threatened, species rulings. You just cant make them up as you go, like they tried. The turtle is irrelevant. The reason for the eviction does not have to be any other than the lease is up and over.
I can almost guarrantee that their is no provision in BLM regulations that suspension of leases has to be because of violation of any law protecting endangerd species.
If that was the bases for the judicial reasoning for the eviction, please cite the ruling...I would love to read it.
