I didn't mention "fair share" you did....So far I don't see you explaining what you mean by fair share, just like most liberal meme's....Fun to say, sounds good to shut down debate, but in the end has NO meaning.
 
The debate was already over.
I differ with Rand Paul that corporations like Caterpillar should be able to hide their money off-shore.
Cheat that nasty federal gubmit out of a third of a billion so that amount can be made up by you and I.
Or just not made up at all and add to the deficit each year !
