Since he is 73 years old I guess he must be looking forward to a nice comfy bed, free medical care and 3 meals a day all paid for by the government for the rest of his life.

Likely, years of litigation, and then possibly a death penalty if found guilty (Convicted).

Jail is a lot of things, but a nice comfy bed it usually is not, he will (quite rightly) loose all freedom for the rest of his hopefully long rest of his life after which he will be going straight to hell (if you believe there is a hell, I am not one of them but if it is there he truly deserves to go there).
 
From what I read, this guy went to kill Jews, but none of the people he killed were Jewish. He hates Jews, but he can't even identify a Jew. What a freaking moron. Please put him in the general population in prison!
 
TGND told me about this last night because it was on her local news. This guy has a long track record of anti-semitism and even made some dumbass comments when running for political office.

He's gonna be an easy rape for the rest of his short life in prison.

Did he murder the people in Kanasas City, Kansas or Kansas City, Missouri? My understanding is that the Kansas death penalty has not been enforced for years, possibly decades.

It is also surprising that this guy is a life long white supremacist and was evidently also Green Beret. Though the ability of Special Forces to identify extremists is finite, they do actively look for, and then either kick out or refuse to accept people suspected of a wide variety of extremist activity or sympathies.

It is an easy mistake to make. Evidently the guy not only lived on the Missouri side, but seems to be actually from Missouri as well. This fact probably wont do much for Missouri- Kansas relations as they have been under strain since say, 1850.

There is the possibility of a Federal death penalty. The Federal death penalty is actually enforced- abiet slowly.

Well, I should have known better than to post that Missouri death penalty sheet.

I lived in KCMO for 3 years, and I know the diff between KS & MO. :doh

Federal penalty as a hate crime, yes, that'll work. We both agree upon years of litigation though, he might die while in custody, he's 73 years old.

I don't think GP would be a problem for him. He's going to be welcomed into the Neo Nazi gang in whatever prison they put him in.

Solitary confinement is a better choice. Deny him access to human interaction for the rest of his life.

Then leave a coil of rope under his pillow.

I agree, he is crazy.

I'd met some crazies in Missouri when I lived there from about 1967 to 1970, I do believe at best recollection these people called themselves minutemen, and their motto back then was run silent and run deep, while motioning with what would be a long knife. The ones I'd met talked smak about blacks, Mexicans, and anyone who was not a white person, except Jews, they hated Jews with a passion.

There is a difference in what we as individuals think someone deserves and what will actually happen.

I will admit I fall short in humanity category in that I think some people deserve to die. I know society as a whole is moving towards the non death penalty side but I feel what I feel. It is a personal fault I will admit I wish I didn't feel that way but I do.
