I'm not sure this kid realizes that the government doesn't want to save money. It's counterproductive to the current budgeting process. The more a department spends, the more it gets. Thus, these government departments try their level best to spend as much money as humanely possible so that their budget is bigger the next go round. It's an unfortunate truth. Poor kid doesn't realize the government is too corrupt for common sense solutions like that.

No, you just felt like being a dick instead of turning on your brain for one ****ing second. How the hell am I sitting here, typing on a computer, in a box with a big "font" selector box right above it, if I think that it's impossible to change font on an already typed text?

If that's the kind of idiocy you expect from the people around you, you need to elevate your status a bit. I apologizing for trying to joke with you. I realize now that you are completely humorless and I won't make the mistake again, sir.
