Chicago Man Facing Hate Crime/Murder Charge

OK, so this guy died from heart disease according to the Medical Examiner. With stress from starting a fight with a stranger on the street as a secondary factor.

Maybe if you have heart disease you shouldn't be a bully and pick fights if you want to live much longer.

A murder charge is clearly a miscarriage of justice.

Yes, there might be a "he said, she said" component to this confrontation. But there is nothing to suggest that the deceased started the fight, though it may well have been mutual combat. That aside, Frick(sp) has been in and out of prison for many years and was even on probation when he got into the fight.

Society has put up with him far too long. Time to put him away for good... .

And I say that it's a good thing that the thug is dead.

I have 5 beautiful grown daughters. If I decided to start a fight with every guy that "looked at them wrong" over the years I would be a serial killer.

And if I went around brushing up against 15 year old girls, leering at them, and then engaging in "discussions" with their male companions, I would eventually find myself a target of violence.

Fortunatly, I dont conduct myself in that manner. My admiring glances are restricted to adult women (usually 30(+ ) ), and are just glances. If she is with a man, I dont sneak a second glance. Thus, my chances of having to defend / "defend" myself following a confrontation and of facing criminal charges if the proscecutor does not believe my side of the story are greatly reduced.
