I'm almost surprised that populist conservatives don't start breaking out in favor of drunk drivers, because the driver must be doing something right if they are making people afraid.

Seems like a dumb woman to me. I really like her "get rid of the Stock Indexes" plan. That's just brilliant. Really. Not.

Both parties have their dumbass individuals. I know most dems are smarter then Sheila Jackson Lee, and no dem rose up to support the fool that worries about Guam tipping over due to the military.

That being said, this is a woman who, even without her stupidity on weather, even I wouldn't vote for. Cause damn, she be uuuuugggggllllyyy. Inside and out.

Whether left wing or right wing, I don't understand people who hold such extremist views on what their god does or doesn't do and what he gets angry about and what pleases him.

Right wing conservative businessman fires 1000 workers and moves his company to China? Nothing to do with"God" and everything to do with politics. This is even though the Chinese are supposedly godless left wing heathens who enslave millions. That doesn't make "God" angry at all, as a matter of fact it has nothing to do with "God" and everything to do with evil left wingers raising taxes.

However, you tell people that a society would be better off if all members were afforded the same rights and privileges and it's the worst kind of insult to"God". Now, I am an atheist and I don't pretend to understand religious consistency, however, there seems to be a problem of inconsistency with this "God" person.

TL/DR Version:

Leaving thousands without jobs, seeking riches at any human cost and not caring about your fellow man = God doesn't care about that.
Living as legal equals within a society = God hates that.
Christian oppression of gays in Uganda = God likes that.

This liberal thinks that Condi Rice is an example of an intelligent conservative black woman (with whom I utterly disagree). One that I definitely respect.

Condi is an anomaly for Republicans. They usually like them both vapid and charismatic.

When it comes to the labeling of other's views, my experience is that unintelligent people merely use their own views as a barometer and so are incapable of any sort of accurate assessment. Unintelligent far righties see everybody else as left wing while unintelligent far lefties see everybody else as right.

No wonder meteorologists were always getting their weather predictions wrong, they are always relying on science not on which state recently passed same sex marriage. Maybe finally they can follow the right patterns and I will know whether pants or capris are appropriate for once.

Centrist or moderate conservative is well within her grasp, actually. She has conservative values, but moderated ones in some areas.

But as I like to remind my Republican friends who love the term "RINO" so much. The originators of the concept were actually progressive Republicans in the vein of Theodore Roosevelt. Roosevelt sometimes referred to those small government conservatives as "not real Republicans." ;)

The only area I know of that she is somewhat moderate is in the area of abortion, where she favors abortion rights, but with heavy restrictions. What other areas is she moderate?

it isn't so much that she is a women or conservative as that she says some stupid stuff.
sure you can not like gay rights or believe that marriage is between a man and a women. that is perfectly fine people will disagree as they are entitled to.

yet when you go God is causing tornado's and hurricanes etc... you get into crazy land.

You might want to go read some of my posts from back when that story broke. Not surprisingly, there was hardly silence from any one on that topic at the time. So I hate to break it to you, but you are factually wrong in pretty much every possible way.
