All this bull**** talk on NSA as related to cutting off water doesn't even take into account how precious water is out west.
Unless a person lives out west as you do, and as I have when Dad was stationed at Travis,
or my 41 years coming west for several weeks at a time, they have no idea WTF they're talking about with cutting off water.
We have to do something with this new junk on the streets, just like the stuff that killed the actor.
He was a good kid, with a a baby boy, lost his job due to a mess-up in a schedule, got depressed, relapsed,
and went so young, like too many others AFTER high school.
Since we have a local chapter for Heroin abuse with kids, we need to branch out our AA's to the young to at least talk drugs.
There was a time when AA would throw you out if you tried to talk about drugs but they would give you
free generic cigarettes and plenty of coffee.
Anyway, I'm torn since we began our second round of wrestling tonite, called sectionals, and it finishes tomorrow and it's awesome.
Wrestling attracts a tougher group of kids as it is and I was really working our kids tonite, as well as one new one,
and getting after them to get more friends and cousins involved.
You and I both know the positive lifelong benefits from being in a sport as demanding as wrestling, with your band of brothers.
The wake and funeral are at the same times as the wrestling tomorrow and my wife and I will be going to the wake .
No forgiveness necessary.
We're just talking here.
So sorry about your loss.
It hadn't really occurred to me until now, there is a teacher-student bond not found in any other endeavor.
Almost like a parent-child relationship.
Again, my condolences.
