Boehner to Bring Debt Ceiling to Vote Without Policy Attachments

Fell for a conspiracy theory without proper context? Why is this not surprising at all?

Obama’s ‘National Security Force?’

Keep on the lookout for those black helis though.

If that's what you think.....I"ll let you think it. Like I said when you start to understand politics. Get back to me on that.

There isn't a dimes worth of difference between a socialist and a liberal as both spend someone else's money all in the name of compassion yet never getting compassionate results.
1.)There is a gigantic difference between liberals and socialists
2.)Conservatives also "spend other peoples money"

What a great record Obama has, he ran record deficits of over a trillion dollars a year which has never been generated in history, drops that deficit to 680 billion and takes credit for the fastest reduction in history. Socialists are so easy and have such low standards

Conservatives never care how much you or anyone else has or how much you pay in taxes. Claiming there isn't a difference between a liberal and socialist is just rhetoric on your part. They are indeed kissing cousins

Really?
Remember those eleven times Reagan raised taxes?

But no matter what conservatives still spend other peoples money no matter how much you say otherwise. Be it the military or programs they still agree with they need "other peoples money".

No its rhetoric on your part.
Socialism on the most simple terms is where the workers controls the means of production.
Liberals in present day American terms believe in private property and capitalism just they want the bad parts that come out of capitalism regulated.
most liberals are Kenseyians. Socialists are not Kenseyian they are socialists.

Do you have any idea what taxes Reagan raised and why? Absolutely amazing how poorly informed you and other liberals/socialists are. Please educate yourself so that you have more credibility

If socialism is redistributing wealth and taxation then every single one of modern day conservatives are socialists as well.

Everyone of those tax increases that affected the individual were USE taxes. Don't use the service and don't pay the taxes. What a concept. didn't think you knew

Only in the liberal socialist world don't people have to pay for what they use. You are so used to using other peoples money for what you want that you don't understand the concept of paying yourself for what you use

No inconsistencies at all, you don't use the service, you don't pay for it. Seems like a difficult concept for you to understand. Not surprising. Conservatives don't care what you earn, what you pay in taxes, or how you spend your money. You on the other hand seem to believe that it is all the government's money and thus theirs to decide how to spend it. Is that what you learned in school?

Give me a break of course they do.
Middle class would face higher taxes under Republican plan - The Washington Post
"The tax reform plan that House Republicans have advanced would sharply cut taxes for the wealthiest Americans and could leave middle-class households facing much larger tax bills, according to a new analysis set to be released Wednesday."

The GOP will raise taxes — on the middle class and working poor - The Washington Post
"America’s presumably anti-tax party wants to raise your taxes. Come January, the Republicans plan to raise the taxes of anyone who earns $50,000 a year by $1,000, and anyone who makes $100,000 by $2,000."

The Proposed Republican Replacement For ObamaCare Is A Big Tax Hike - Forbes
"Except the Coburn-Burr-Hatch plan (read it here) amounts, among other things, to a big tax increase. The main way that it remains budget neutral is by making employer-provided health insurance plans, which are currently not taxed, partially taxable as income. In fact, this income replaces income that, under ObamaCare, comes from taxing companies, including the tax on medical device companies paid by firms like Medtronic and Stryker ."

You buy what you want to believe. Republicans don't have the Senate and don't have the WH so how are they going to raise taxes? Please stop with the brainwashed rhetoric and do some independent research

You have made some claims, now provide the bill number for those proposals? You can get that from the Congressional Record

If you want to find them go ahead and find them. Are you really going to read the bill? I doubt you will but if you think my sources are simply making stuff up then you yourself can go find the bills.

I have no interest in chasing down your pipe dreams and hopes that you can find a bill that maybe some conservative proposed a tax hike in order to try and make your point whatever that is. There is no bill to increase taxes on anyone on the books from any conservative so until that happens you have absolutely nothing. Too bad you don't have the same passion for your own party and the disaster that it is including the legislation on the books that have led to the disastrous economic results we have today.

Its not a pipe dream as my sources showed.

Wrong my sources say otherwise.

And we know your sources are never wrong? What is the bill number, who sponsored it, and what was the vote? Congressional record!!

I did but apparently you didn't as you read the headlines but not the article

House Republicans called the report premature and unfair. For example, it assumes that Republicans would maintain lower rates for capital gains and dividends — which disproportionately benefit the very wealthy — a long-standing part of GOP tax orthodoxy. Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney has said he would preserve the lower rates for the wealthy and eliminate taxes on investment income for the middle class.

However, the budget blueprint the House passed this spring sets no such conditions on tax reform, and Ryan spokesman Conor Sweeney said Republicans “are open to changes to those rates.”

GOP aides noted that the report assumes that major tax breaks such as the mortgage interest deduction would be eliminated. But some Republicans have argued that similar savings could be achieved by trimming the breaks, perhaps by limiting them for wealthy households, as Ryan suggested in a recent interview with Al Hunt of Bloomberg News.

“There is a saying about why you shouldn’t assume things, but I will just politely suggest that the actual tax writers would probably write a different bill than the staff at JEC,” said Sage Eastman, a senior adviser to House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (Mich.), who is leading the Republican tax-reform effort.
