The real bigots are the one's who want their OPINIONS made into or to remain into legal laws. That's the difference between "intolerance" and "bigotry."
I admit to being intolerant of bigots. When you views are nothing more than your views, and not laws or lacks thereof that restrict full citizenship to a group, then I'll be tolerant of your opinion.... when it's nothing more than an opinion.

Umm that's what the OP is about. Homosexuals being arrested for ANY reason in Russia. In protest of these laws Montreal will be flying the rainbow flag for the duration of the Olympics.

I seem to remember Barack Obama back in 2008 and 2009 publicly coming out opposing same sex marriage.

I don't recall anyone coming out calling Obama a bigot.

Please provide credible source where homosexuals are being arrested for "ANY reason" in Russia.

Russia like the United States has no anti-buggery laws.

Russia does have a law where one can not advocate homosexuality in front of children and that's what the outside LGBT agitators are opposing.

I was suspended from high school for holding hands with my girlfriend. I wasn't advocating homosexuality, that's for sure.

But please provide a reliable source of who was arrested for holding hands or kissing in Russia.

How far does Russia's law against advocating homosexuality in front of children go ? I would assume it would include performing anal sex, oral copulation, holding hands and kissing in front of children.

For well over a decade now on the Left Coast there have big "Gay Pride Parades" in West Hollywood and in the "Gay Bay" aka San Fransisco or Frisco to piss off the lefties. The only complaint that I have ever heard was of gays exposing their genitalia and buttocks to children. That's the only complaints I have ever heard.

I wonder what the reaction would be if the USC marching band were to do the same at the Rose Parade ? :thinking

His one-man protest came to a violent end when he was accosted and roughed up by plainclothes police officers, reports The Times of London. The officers mocked Isakov with homophobic slurs, badly injured his knee and threw him in a car, where “they started to threaten me and made homophobic jokes," he told the Times.

Actually, the US still has sodomy laws on the books in many states. Louisiana enforces them and they do still arrest gay men but they are never prosecuted due to Lawrence versus Texas.

I know, they are already teaching homosexuality in elementary school classrooms in America. As of this year in California all a boy has to say is he's transgender and can go into the girls locker room and jerk off. The LBGT actvist were dancing in the streets when Governor Brown signed that legislation into law.

I was wondering what is next on the LGBT activist agenda after same sex marriage is recognized by all states ? Scuttlebutt is, classroom instruction in the 6th grade on using KY Jelly and the proper way of performing anal sex. I #### you not. That's how far it has gone.

That is interesting. I am an LGBT activist and I oppose boys being allowed to jerk off in girl's locker rooms and 6th graders being taught how to use KY to have anal sex.

Do you think maybe that trying to characterize ALL of your opponents on gay rights issues as advocating for sexualization of children is perhaps a bit offensive and misguided?

And do you really think that supporting the act of trampling the free speech of gay rights activists to the extent of arresting and fining them is justifiable because of a few extremists?

As for the arrest, I have to assume they were protesting where children were present and broke the law.

And it seems they didn't pull a permit to protest. Most county and municipalities in America require the same thing, except for illegal aliens.

And as the old saying goes in the Marine Corps. "There always someone who didn't get the word."

There is no free speech in Russia.

What it comes down to, the gays have found the pickings for partners in the meat market to be too small and want a larger selection of fresh meat.

As one gay friend told me, gays are no diffrent than hetrosexuals, they want a partner who is attractive and gives them a boner. There's just aren't enough good looking gay men to go around.

So indoctrinate them when they are young.

Looking forward to the day this subject gets it's own sub-category and I won't have to accidentally read about what gets a gay guy off. So many other websites I can visit to get that information.
