I guess you could always say it's "he said/they said", but the police reports from multiple incidents of this guy threatening low level walmart employees should be a decent indicator that Cantrell was not banned from walmart for price-matching. I would ban him from my store and/or tell my employees they could have free rein to gang up on him and beat his ass if he threatened my cashiers. I might even hire an enforcer to do just that.
Right, he "was heard" intimidating employees ("was heard" means nothing). As for the police arresting him, is there a definitive police statement explaining the circumstances under which he was arrested? Because in many cases police will make an arrest simply because of a complaint or because he was on someone else's property. Without a detailed statement or a video all we've got a is big bathtub filled with screw-all.
I believe a company with as much iffy PR as Walmart would move to clear its name as quickly as humanly possible, yet they haven't released the footage to the press. There could be extenuating reasons for why they haven't, but my skepticism is at roughly 9 right now.
