Activists urge Obama to go rogue, sidestep Congress

Given the numerous ways in which Obama has already done this, I wonder what the collective reaction from the Left will be when the next Republican President follows his precedent?

:D Imagine a world in which President Ryan simply informs the IRS to use "prosecutorial discretion" with capital gains taxes, and then informs the country that they need not be paid. :lol: Their heads would split.
