They may have the same policy as the Los Angeles Times. If a criminal isn't white, the ethnicity, race or legal immigration status of the criminal isn't supposed to be mentioned in the story.

I can't seem to find where it fully originated since once it hits one headline it's only moments before everyone is trying to cover the story, or in this case bull****. I don't disagree with who "loves" the meme suggested in this article, and therefore suspected in promoting it originally; old white racists, ie FNC and Clearchannel drones. It's called being cold cocked. There is no warning your going to be suckered punched.

The proper way of cold cocking the unsuspecting victim is from the side or rear. There is no facing off or shoving, etc. No warnings at all. Originally referred to before political correctness as "japing" some one.

It became a common tactic after the Vietnam war on the inner city streets. First learned in the prisons when shanking another inmate, black gang bangers picked up on it. No longer a facing down then escalating to a shoving match before the fist and feet go flying. Now it's one punch with no warning to take the victim down. One punch, one knock down. A few good kicks to the ribs and head for the coup de grace.

Do you want me go further why liberal PC publications don't use the legal term "illegal alien" but group illegal aliens with legal aliens and or legal immigrants ? Under federal statue to be an immigrant you must have been issued a valid immigrant visa and in possession of a green card. Even then under the law, your still an alien, but a legal alien.

Wrong.
Whether called “The Knock Out Game” or any other name, it does exist.
It is a game to those playing it.
And it has been in existence for at least five years.

And there are videos of perpetrators and others that know of it's existence saying that it is a game that is played.
So if you think those folks are are not telling the truth, something is wrong.

To deny it's existence is ridiculous.

Heck, here is a more violent example from last year.
