Man Claims He Was Anally Probed 8 Times Following Traffic Stop For Drugs

The above story is not even a little bit credible. A colonoscopy, and one he was charged for? Implausible. Was he on a clear liquid diet for 24 hours prior? Did he have to drink that awful salty nasty stuff to clean him out first?

That's what the 3 enemas were for.

"The bulk of the accusations"? Even if a small percentage of them are true it's a weird, evil and disgusting thing.

It really isn't. Some of those things are in fact common for looking for drugs. From what I have read, it doesn't sound as if the warrant should have been issued (barring additional evidence otherwise) to begin with, which makes the issue moot, but the exam itself (to at least a lesser degree) is not really that "weird".

Unless they thought he swallowed drugs, and they were making their way through his digestive system. I really don't see the point of a colonoscopy though. Squat and cough should be enough if they think he put drugs in his rectum. He couldn't have really put them that far up in there. It really seems like they took this search a bit too far IMO.

The Teachable Moment here being:

If cops or any other folks flashing badges at you are in close proximity, make sure that your gluteal muscles are very, very relaxed. Nothing raises suspicion like clenched buttocks in the presence of Authorities.

Being repeatedly anally probed is "common for looking for drugs"?? What's happening to America? Is every citizen now under suspicion for some crime or another, real or potential?

There are many stories coming our of America similar to these, each violating the rights of a citizen sometimes to the point of death. Happening occasionally it might seem like an error in judgement but recently it appears to be a rather dangerous trend.

I'm not certain. Unexpectedly having your anal probed by several strangers might seem weird to some recipients of this treatment, terrifying in fact.

If this is becomes commonplace a warning should be given to all tourists intending to visit the US. Perhaps a few of these anal probing facilities stationed at the border might discourage illegals from entering the country.

A general warning should be issued that everyone must keep their butt cheeks unclenched while visiting the US or they might be seriously rogered by people who have been given this authority

Yeah I saw this. I was sympathetic until I saw that he had a history of hiding drugs up his ass. Now I see him less as a victim and more as someone who brought it upon himself. If he was some innocent citizen...I'd be screaming foul...but he's not. He's a career criminal with a fixation of hiding things in his anal cavity. In that light I don't think the officers we're wrong at all.

A serious distinction must be made between relaxation and invitation. There might some anxiety until we learn the difference in degrees.

Indeed, they don't. What does make sense is the so called "victim" made up a story because he wants to see how much money he can get from the police department.
This "Dittohead" looks really foolish now.

the only fair thing is to anally probe everyone involved. the judge. the cops. the dr's. every one of those sick bastards needs to have this done to them.
We have too many tight asses for that

I actually live in the area that this happened. Hell I even know the doctors involved (its a small town). The cops involved were not even authorized to do it, nor were the doctors. A couple of the nurses tried to stop them from doing it. The event caused a big uproar in the community. Changes were made. It was never the government doing anything it was a few rogue assholes that got their asses handed to them when all was said and done.
