Fed judge: Texas abortion limits unconstitutional [W:167:202:330]

Does it get to be in the shape of a giant skull built on top of an active volcano? I've always wanted one of those.
No, it gets built INSIDE an active, skull-shaped volcano

There's a saying. It's better to remain silent and be thought an idiot than it is to open your mouth and remove all doubt. You should really give that some consideration because it seems like you're on a quest to out-stupid yourself all the time.

Yeah, because there are no hardcore pro-choice advocates out there right that have abortions just to do it???

BTW, just so you know - I know of a case PERSONALLY where my aunts (by marriage/uncles wife) lesbian sister had a late term abortion when she found out the child she was carrying was a boy........ Not only did they kill a living viable human, they did so based on gender alone... Oh and she (they both my uncle, his wife and his wife's sister are very progressive).

Yay for unprovable anecdotes of questionable veracity!

That's not just because she can.

I know that I personally, when screwing, am hoping for an unwanted pregnancy just so she can get an abortion. So we can stick it to the man!

Late term abortion is murder, and anyone who supports late term abortions is an extremist and a murderer....

IMO, these feminists and progressives murder babies as a hobby just to "embrace" their delusion of civil liberties and to spite the pro-life crowed.

It's really disgusting....

Anyone who supports late term abortions should be treated like the savage killers they are... They deserve no respect - nor should they be treated as "human" - in my book they're nothing more than rabid rodents.

I'm as anti-abortion as it gets and that is patently ridiculous. It's right up there with accusing pro-lifers of being pro-rape. Hyperbole like that does not accomplish anything.

You mean you're not? I thought it was a favorite hobby of conservatives....I mean, only "legitimate" ones.

"Rape" is such an ugly word. I prefer "strongly encouraged liaison".

(I'm hesitant to even joke about this and end up on someone's sig line )

It's just surprise sex!

Re: Fed judge: Texas abortion limits unconstitutional

1.)Ok :(
2.) Yet, can still affect others.
3.) Randomly, no. But if they organize a bit...
4.) I don't like being wrong. But I know I CAN be wrong. So I deal.

1.) no need to be sad when fact prevail those are good things!

the whole conversation stemmed from forcing person acceptance that isnt going on
here a definition pick any and you wont be able to prove factual personal acceptance is being forced because thats impossible to do

a : to receive willingly <accept a gift>
b : to be able or designed to take or hold (something applied or added) <a surface that will not accept ink>
2: to give admittance or approval to <accept her as one of the group>
3a : to endure without protest or reaction <accept poor living conditions>
b : to regard as proper, normal, or inevitable <the idea is widely accepted>
c : to recognize as true : believe <refused to accept the explanation>
4a : to make a favorable response to <accept an offer>
b : to agree to undertake (a responsibility) <accept a job>
5: to assume an obligation to pay; also : to take in payment <we don't accept personal checks>
6: to receive (a legislative report) officially

2.) yes this is true
3.) organize and go through the frame work of the system not just invent something unless of course you are talking full out war/ anarchy
4.) and thats what makes you better in one single regard than those that cant, they have zero integrity

Re: Fed judge: Texas abortion limits unconstitutional

A human rights violation, by it's very nature, affects all of humanity.

How?

Re: Fed judge: Texas abortion limits unconstitutional

Dumb it down? No, I usually refuse to do that. As a fellow Homo sapiens you should have certain basic capacity for reason even if it hasn't been employed recently.

Again, at its most basic level, there is no right violated when the state protects the right to life of all living humans. To claim otherwise remains an exercise in absurdity and futility.

Clearly? Hardly. All humans have a natural right to life and all humans are created equal.

Derp derp derp

You didnt respond to what I wrote, you parroted the usual party line.

So fine...beat your head against the brick wall of abortion being legal.

I'm as anti-abortion as it gets and that is patently ridiculous. It's right up there with accusing pro-lifers of being pro-rape. Hyperbole like that does not accomplish anything.

So abortion clinics don't advocate abortion? there aren't a whole bunch of lunatic progressives out there that view "abortion" as not only a right but a political statement???

You clearly underestimate these savages..... You apparently don't realize these clowns will do whatever is necessary to mainstream their vision of an Orwellian future....

Yes progressives are that far ****ed up - at least the hardcore activists are.
These clowns are dedicated - don't forget that. Not all are dedicated to an extremest point but many are - their goal in life is to kill kill kill and murder murder murder.... Ironically they're opposed to the methods that could accomplish such a feat and generally rely on government to "allow" them to commit such murderous actions....

Progressives are useless people, they just rely on the government to turn their savage ideas into civil liberties with misguided and partisan interpretations of the Bill of Rights and Constitution.... why do you think they want the Senate to drop roughly 2/3rds of a senate vote to a simple majority? because when the law doesn't work in their progressive totalitarian favor - they just change it because it does.

A little dissent there but......

Got any data to support the ridiculous claim that there are women that have abortions just to 'prove a point?' Because it's not a pleasant or free (not for most) procedure.

And if someone like your aunt's cousin's sister's lesbian whatever....if she didnt want a boy THAT BADLY...just what kind of mother do you think she would make to that boy?

Or how do you think a woman that doesnt want a kid takes care of herself during pregnancy? She may drink, smoke, do drugs, not go to prenatal doctor visits, etc etc.

I have twin sisters adopted from a crack whore. She had them in jail. We know their other 2 sisters and brother. ALL have mental and some have physical disabilities. All are fortunate to have been adopted. She wasnt even responsible enough to GET any abortions. My mother was offered their brother to foster when his crib caught on fire.

Having been involved in the foster care side of things thru other families at church.....and seen children go back to parents and be abused or killed, or so disabled from birth that once they got too big lift they were put into *storage* in state homes like lumber with little human contact for the rest of their lives...believe me....abortion can be a very responsible choice.

Um....where are there stand alone 'abortion clinics?' Do they have those in TX? In most states, they are part of Planned Parenthood, reproductive, or other medical health facilities. And no one 'sells' abortion. What, you dont think a medical facility wouldnt make more $$$ off of prenatal care, prenatal visits, and deliveries, babies and such than a one-time procedure? It is up to a woman to decide WHAT is right for HER.

Well it's not funny so why bother?

Yeah my personal experience, not to mention the progressives 5-6 years ago that claimed they were "opposed" to such procedures but apparently now support them...

You calling me a liar Mis. Lurisa?

Unlike you I live in the real world...

Remember I'm not the ****ing whack job here that is advocating the murder of perfectly viable life - now who is the bleeding heart here when progressives advocate murder.

So no real data.

Some people "you know" changed their minds re: abortion and it's some huge conspiracy to....(do what? I have no idea what the motive would be to encourage abortion, which is not what I support either. I support a woman's choice to do what is best for her.)

Just your own prejudices supported by your imaginings.

M'kay. Thankfully laws are not changed on that.

Indeed?

You so generously bestowed upon me a pile of unmitigated nonsesnse, like "basic" misrepresentations of the topic at hand.

Moderator's Warning:
OK, after THREE warnings a couple of infractions have now been issued. Anyone else?

Once more, extremist ideology has been defeated in the courts. This will most likely move up to the Supreme Court, where I expect 2 things will happen.

1) SCOTUS will uphold the ruling, saying the Texas law places an undue burden on women.

2) Some here will call Justice Roberts a RINO. Never mind that he will have upheld the Constitution, and left ideology out of his decision.

Of course, for some of the "smaller government crowd, they really do want big government when it suits their own desires to force their own religious beliefs on others.

Article is here.

There's nothing more satisfying than a nice abortion, huh Dana?
