but you do take advantage of some, because otherwise you're missing out on compensation. Here we are expecting enrollment at full price. It only seems logical you would have less participation without some form of incentive to participate.
I'm not sure how much that matters, given many healthy employees choose to not take advantage of their employer plans.
My own employer has awesome benefits besides health care and I feel crazy not to take advantage of every one of them, but they all have some cost, so I can't take them all.
