The flaws could do lasting damage to the law if customers are deterred from signing up or mistakenly believe they have obtained coverage.

What does the sentence I highlighted mean, since YOU brought it up. Are you claiming you had a private communication with CC and he informed you that it is fine to call LGTBs the hate-slur you use against them provided you don't name a specific member - and rather to express YOUR hate-slur and YOUR declaration the LGTBs are pedophiles at our LGTB members collectively? Again, you raised this topic, not I. I'm asking what your message means.

Please explain that sentence to the the forum and me since you posted it and want to raise the topic about CC upstairs and possibly you revealing PM communications we are not privy to.

"hate slur".....Lol

I think its great how those on the left like to use target words when they want to demagogue an issue.

"Hate", "racist", "bigot", etc.

Repeated use of those words just to demonize a political opponent or someone who just disagrees with you on social issues dilutes their meanings over time.

You have no idea if the person your'e actually addressing "hates " anything.
 
Many people deal with their personal insecurities and fears with expressions of hatred. The message language choice appears to be intense and deeply rooted xenophobia desperate to defensively rage out hatred in the form of slurs and insult terminology. For example, if a man rages against women it is because he fears women due to personal insecurities. The same for those who rage out homophobic and racist slurs.

Not one person forces anyone to post such hateful terminology. Rather, it is because the person wants to - obviously - and decided s/he found (another) excuse in life to do so - for which the faux likely defense would be to claim it is satire or some other lame-ass excuse to try to divert from the obvious motivation of s/he wanted to rage out such slurs and bigotred declarations. That isn't rare on this or other forums.

Real, harmful racism, sexism and bigotry is out of the norm now in American culture. But intense xenophobia is epidemic within some political and partisan circles. The seeming legitimate basis to rage out self-defensive fear-based hatred may be what attracts some people to politics. Rage cable news and rage radio feeds and soothes those fears with a steady flow of the-sky-is-falling Chicken Little fear-based hate presented as legitimate for partisan political reasons, thus attracting people to rabid partisan stances to find personal security and seeminlgy fellowship with those of similar fear insecurities leading to outbursts of hate of all kinds.

Haters got to hate because they are afraid. Like drunks don't like to drink alone, they search out fellow fearful haters. That's how I see such messages anyway. My comment is how I view such messages for message terminology content. This isn't personal about any particular member since I don't actually know any of them.
 
Somehow the word sandbox comes to mind for this thread.
