and if the democrats would have done so I would have agreed with them doing It. but it wouldn't have happened because 111 democrats voted for the war

Nobody believes you, but it's fun to watch tea partiers pretend.

Meanwhile the only answer to the tea party attack on America is removal from office. It will take time but I predict that over the next six months, one way or another, one tea party freak after the next will be removed from office and sent packing back to their trailer parks.

what don't you understand the Majority of America doesn't like the law
RealClearPolitics - Election Other - Public Approval of Health Care Law

what part don't you understand the Majority of America wants it repealed
RealClearPolitics - Election Other - Repeal of Health Care Law: Favor/Oppose

those dam s.o.b. republicans have the nerve to try to get rid of a law the Majority of America doesn't like and wants repealed

And the fact is that the public has been misinformed and lied to about the ACA from day 1. The right has worked so hard to sway public opinion, through dishonest means if necessary, because its all they have to fight the ACA with. Just like they're out of legitimate political moves to fight it, so they resort to political terrorism.

LOL. If he did such a thing it would be in a strictly controlled environment.

But the partial shutdown is working out just fine for me and the vast majority of Americans. But the Dems insist on hurting as many as possible.

1,400 workers at West Point were furloughed, but don't worry. It's not *your* problem.

So I suppose 9 individuals are the real dictators of this country then???

Let me guess the SCOTUS don't judge based on personal politics???

You're not even in the realm of my understanding of politics and legislation....

Those 9 individuals rule on and interpret existing laws. That's the job their paid for. You don't have to like it, but you can't hold it against them that they did their job and you didn't like the result. I don't know that I'd want to be in the realm of your understanding of politics and legislation.....

your false premise isn't even close to being in the realm of reality
if the right can convince up to 60% of the public to hate Obama care why couldn't they also convince them to vote for Romney
the public hates Obama care not because republicans told them to hate it, their premium increase, them having their insurance plans dropped, getting laid off or put on part time has them hating Obama care

Obamacare went through the House and the Senate, getting approved by both. Then Obama signs it into law. Now the House has issues with it and think that by holding up a funding bill and shutting down the government is the correct way to address this? And now Obama is a dictator because he won't compromise on the implementation of a law that Congress has already passed? Nonsense.

Or when the dictator says he won't bother to negotiate just do it my way or else.

should have slavery not have been compromise or over turned how about segregation it was a law also should that have been compromised or over turned either

we have bad laws getting compromised and repealed all the dam time quit trying to imply it is so wrong doing so

Obama unconstitutionally compromised and changed the law at least 7 different times. but that was perfectly fine but when republicans try to do it the constitutional way they are the bad guys

How many times have they tried to repeal Obamacare? How many times did they fail? Now they are having a full blown tantrum.

How may times did the republicans shut down the govt in an attempt to end slavery? (answer: None)

I guess the GOP hates Obamacare more than it hates slavery

You have it backwards. It is Obamacare that seeks to save us from the consequences of our own decisions. :doh

And denying 25 million people health insurance is how you do it? No thank you Comrade.

Democrats shut down government 12 times under Reagan

In theory. But we know that in the case of obamacare, nobody read the whole thing before voting it into law. This law is therefore less firmly established than the slavery law that Democrats defended in 1860 or the segregation laws they defended in 1960.

Less firmly established huh

A law that is passed is as established as any other law. Much less one that was then contested in the scotus and survived. It is established law... No matter what spin you put on it.

What's your point? For some reason I don't think you are confirming what the GOP did, which is what you typed out.

The GOP is trying to negotiate a settled law. Not a bill. So the point is, the GOP is ****ing stupid.

Let me guess: You feel the same way about Dred Scott, Plessey v. Ferguson, and Roe v. Wade. Your faith in the wisdom of your superiors is quite touching.

Cancelling ObamaCare does not deny health insurance to anyone.

No spin required. Slavery was upheld by the Dred Scott decision, and segregation was upheld by Plessey v. Ferguson. The Democrats defended both slavery and segregation, they hailed the court decisions as validating their beliefs, and the country improved when those laws and the flawed court decisions were overturned.

It Denys the people who are sogning up for the program.

so the truth comes out you just admitted the reason for the release of an unready law was to get some hooked on it so then it cant be repealed

Yes they tried many times. The dictator wouldn't listen. Now they should terminate his golf card.

How many times have they tried to repeal Obamacare? How many times did they fail? Now they are having a full blown tantrum.

So you are going to take up the slack? Where do I sign up?

What's wrong with you taking up the slack? Are you physically or mentally disabled? Or does your choice of lifestyle prevent you from getting a decent job? (I understand the difficulty of finding a decent job as long as Obama is president, so I'll cut you a little slack there)
