That's always blown my mind. The catholic church wags its fingers at homosexuals, yet raping boys (a homosexual act) is completely ok. Maybe I missed that part in the bible.

There's hardly a person on the planet who values the pope's opinion less than me, but the billion or so catholics seem to take his opinion pretty seriously.

I just pointed out that even the king of the bigots isn't bigoted enough to hold WCH's view anymore. (Probably yours too, but I'm not going to make assumptions)

The view that homosexuals are sinners like everyone else and need to repent? Yes I believe that. To believe that homosexuality is a sin? Absolutely.

Then why are you disagreeing with the pope? All he said is that yes, homosexuals are sinners, but it isn't our job to harass them. If you oppose that statement, you either don't believe they're sinners or think we should harass them.

Seeing as how you've clearly stated homosexuals are sinners, I have to assume you oppose his latter statement.

The younger generation simply sees other people as people.
They don't separate and segregate them into gay and straight.

There is no "homo indoctrination" - it's simply acceptance, open-mindedness, and compassion for their fellow human beings.

Why don't you define what you want to do to them that the pope doesn't. I want all people to be treated equally and to have equal rights. How about you?

I don't think ANYBODY, even the pope, has claimed that christians should advance or promote sin.

Allowing people to have equal rights is not promoting sin.

Everybody is a sinner. Everybody. You are sinner. So why do you continue to make a special note about the "gay sin"???

Straight people are every bit as much sinners as gay people are.
