I'm not sure how ANYONE could have missed the date of the vote, it was all over the Colorado news. I'm from Colorado and most of my family still lives there (most are liberals) and even THEY knew and voted. Many of them had to call to find out where to vote, but they still were able to. Some even called the day before to find out where.

Ignorance is not an excuse.

I'm sorry, but I have watched this woman time after time over the last several years, publicly lie her ass off and attack anyone and everyone who doesn't do, say, or believe what she wants them to. Even when she's caught on camera lying and attacking people, she not only never apologizes or shows any remorse, she turns right around and uses the same lies to attack the same people 10 minutes later.

She's a disgrace and an embarrassment to America... Which probably explains why Obama and the democrats love her so much.

I seem to have missed the part of your post where you reproduce the LIES of this person and then identify the evidence and analysis that proves she told LIES.

Fact is there really need not BE an 'excuse'. The people simply dont like what was rammed down their throats by politicians and they very clearly said so. I dont think Wasserman is making an 'excuse' for not coming out on top so much as a diversion from the facts.

First, it's largely irrelevant, if not entirely irrelevant whether voters were mailed their ballots or not. Anyone interested in participating in the vote had incredibly ample opportunity to do so. Moreover, these [recall] elections were so advertised, the issues themselves so intense that even to suggest someone didn't know about the election, let alone the absurdly weak notion that they couldn't because their ballots weren't mailed to them is just patently stupid.

Second, the notion that someone needs more than two weeks to know where their polling station is, that otherwise there simply enough time to figure it out and get there is robustly moronic. Moreover, anyone interested in knowing where their polling station was would know how to locate it. Phone call, newspaper.... Please.

Both of those are clear, unadulterated lies.

Your opinion abot what may be or is not RELEVANT is not the same as identifying a LIE.

Is Wasemran right in this statement?

Put as simply as possible: was their mail in voting allowed in this election?

Did people not get notification of their polling place until two weeks before election day?

Your opinion about those things is what is irrelevant. Is she factually correct in these two statement? If she is - there was no LIE.

The freakin goal posts are on the field regarding this particular election and the statement of Wassermann about it. That is the field and those are the damn goal posts. To pretend otherwise is intellectually dishonest. It is like reproducing a statement from Richard Nixon on Watergate and saying he is a liar and when challenged producing something he said in the 1948 Senate campaign. That is moving the goal posts.

I didn't say that what she said was a lie, because nobody can prove voter suppression didn't happen. What she said was nothing but a cheap political excuse that of course she can't substantiate. Rather than just accepting the fact that the democrats were recalled because their actions resulted in a loss of public support, she pathetically accused republicans, conservatives, and the NRA of suppressing the vote of their supporters.

The woman is a complete and utter disgrace...

But we have already determined that her statement as it applied to
1) the barring of mail in ballots in this election, and
2) the normal dependence on the Colorado voter on mail in ballots

was truthful and factual.
