I would think it precarious for rebels to try to follow the rules of war. That would almost certainly lead to their losing the conflict.

Mornin Jog. :2wave: Well the rebels that all have taken the Pledge against the US. I don't think they care about anything other than being in Power. So I doubt they will listen anytime soon.
