McJobs and the Minimum Wage[W:123,226]

Um, less than all.

Non-sequitur.

And you still cannot acknowledge the previous findings of Dred.

Wash rinse repeat.

And we are back to you ignoring West Coast Hotel v. Parrish.

Wash rinse repeat.

nothing here...guess you have nothing more to add.

at that time, they were not ..

Actually, they were and are. The Founders had a purpose for stating that All Men are Created Equal, but it took awhile before many were capable of understanding the profundity of the phrase...

Or the legal protections of such a statement......which has still not been fully realized.

Are you finally acknowledging that the founders and the courts were in error previously?

the founders were not in error, they know what they wrote......court is in error, becuase men are self serving.

which is why i refer to madison, live longer than other founders, laid the foundation to the constitution months before the constitutional convention, offered more proposals than anyone, spoke more than anyone, took notes of the convention, worked on committee of the constitution, wrote more about it than anyone of the founders. about it.

explained what the constitution means in the federalist papers......gave us republican government ,not democracy.

i am speaking of the south, i know the northern states, were against slavery.

the south...they were property.

Keep reducing and repeating your already answered query, I don't care.

Because even you know that the supply/ demand curve for labor is not flat. No matter how badly you misinterpret statistics. There are certain basic laws, as much economists disagree, and one of them is the cheaper the good the higher the demand except for in a few extreme situations which do not apply to labor.

The founders, including Madison, were in error when it came to slaves. They talked the talk, they did not walk the walk, and we are still working out the kinks in their very imperfect document.

Funny that you mention "self serving", which WAS the motivation for NOT protecting the rights of Black men and women.

Again, you can make your vague rhetorical pronouncements, the fact remains that changes in wage levels have not affected White youth employment since 1972.

Stick to the context I previously posted and you commented in relation to if you want a debate on this topic.

Madison states every man is self serving, which is why we have republican government.

it would have been impossible to ratify a constitution if the founders would have been against slavery.

under the articles of confederation, there was not law ending the importation of slaves , as the there was with the constitution.

under the constitution it could be amended as it was with slaves, under the articles, it could not unless every member agreed.

the founders believed slavery would end with there deaths, however they were wrong about that.

They were wrong about a lot of things, and it has caused the deaths of millions for us to get a little bit closer to correcting their errors. As enlightened as they claimed to be, it only extended to White wealthy land owners.

You don't need to eliminate parts of or amend a perfect document.

Damn, I've looked and I cannot find the words wealthy, white, or landowner in the US Constitution...

And yet you can find that Blacks and Women were disenfranchised from the start.

well there nothing in the writings of the founders documents which excludes women or blacks...

perfect , i believe they should have been more clear on some things, like natural born citizen, talking more about the separation of powers of the people and the states, and why collectivism is bad for government.

but they were clear about the powers of government...very clear.

Sorry they are vague to you. I assumed you had at least taken Economics 101. My apologies.

A little Economics 101.

For every good there is a price level that is decided by the supply and demand curves. With very few exceptions as supply increases, all other things being equal, prices will fall. Conversely, if demand increases, all other things being equal, prices will rise. In cases where an artificial price level is instigated demand will decrease if that price is above current market rates and increase if that price is below current market rates.

The sun will rise in the East tomorrow. If ya got a link that you think suggests otherwise I will highly question either your interpretation or the link.

LOL...you just got done restarting over and over again how Blacks were property!

FFS....now your ignoring of history extends to YOUR OWN POSTS!

wow, are you not coherent.

blacks were property considered by the south, the Constitution does not state such a thing or the DOI.

Look, I understand why you need to overlook the facts on White youth historical unemployment, it contradicts your basic theory on S/D....to the point of not being able to address it directly.

As conservative says to me, take it up with the BLS.

I understand your need to misinterpret statistics and try to disprove the law of supply and demand. The law of supply and demand is not a conservative or liberal economic belief; it's a fact.

Not that ignoring economic laws ain't uncommon among liberals.
