Bill Clinton foundation has spent more than $50M on travel expenses

These objections over political classifications really got rolling some years ago when the left continually claimed most of the world did not know what socialism is. They're still at it, changing labels faster than a gypsy con artist.

It's fun to watch the Libs/Progressives/Centrists/Independents who support, defend and scream for socialist legislation run as if their hair is on fire from being called socialists... and then try to tell others they don't know what socialism is.

Think if Sarah Palin did something half this dimwitted? And then there is Obama who laid out a pile of dung as large as Hillary's with this BS:
Ugh... Barack... you don't have no claims on Selma. Ugh Barack... N' I don't thank youz com'in howm t' Selma eetha. Both are Bullchit Machines. Model 21st Century Leftists.

It's truly amazing that Leftists will tear apart the character of good family people like Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman and yet justify voting for Hillary Clinton. It just doesn't make any sense.

Problem is that the general voting electorate doesn't understand what Hillary means when she uses the term "early 20th century progressive".... Or just how dangerous they were...Paul Harvey summed it up the best I have heard to date...

The truly funny thing is, we already know socialism doesn't work - especially not here. We're capitalists at the end of the day. It's little wonder they're running away from it. I'd be claiming the same thing were I in their shoes. No. Wait. No, I wouldn't.

I wish we could send every socialist (anyone who votes Demokrat) a ticket to Europe. Let them open a business, let them pay $8 to $9 a gallon for gas, let them pay punitive rates for electricity (my that eco electricity is expensive) and water, and the lack of selection in the supermarkets and freedom (except Germany's one freedom... to hit the gas peddle).

It might have been worth the "investment" to save our Republic from the idiocy of socialism we followed from those Euro numbskulls... but it's too late now. We've adopted their idiocy, and now we have a radikal as president who would never get elected in Germany... because his home would be with Die Linke Partei, and no other party will allow them to join in a coalition. Merkel basically told Obama to fly a kite when he wanted her to spend more.

What we have as president is someone too incompetent to run the incompetent Clinton Foundation.

Let them open a business, let them pay $8 to $9 a gallon for gas, let them pay punitive rates for electricity and water (green electricity is ultra expensive). Those are the most obvious... there's a long list of additional costs like 19% VAT.

The end ambition is single payer, which is what Obama has wanted and which is socialized medicine. No Republicans voted for it - it was all Democrats.

Single-payer isn't necessarily socialized medicine. Canada, for example, has socialized insurance. The doctors are private employees, for the most part.

If I were the devil I'd convince Christians everywhere that the Republican party was in-line with the teachings of Jesus Christ.

The government is all over Canadian doctors and their complaint is that they spend more time filling out forms than helping patients. We often hear the same thing from the police.

It's also the government who sets the rates, etc. In recent years, because of constantly rising costs largely related to the bureaucracy, they have allowed more private enterprise. Leftists in Canada wanted the same second rate healthcare for everyone rather than what they call 'two tier'. Americans won't find out what havoc they've created vor a few years but by then it will be thoroughly entrenched and too late.

Young people will grow up never remembering when there wasn't a third party coming between them and their doctor and when the government controls your health care, as they will, they pretty much control you.

Ahh yes, the "between you and your doctor" talking point. Way to regurgitate the bull**** you've been fed.

You've never heard of the concept? Did you know, for example, that doctors once really made house calls? Maybe you can see it on an old movie some day, if you don't immediately change the channel.

Wait until the government begins paying for ambulance services and people start calling them because they want some attention. You have a lot of surprises in store!

I can support my position with facts and it is your poor deluded self who is forced to use 'talking points'. (And what a simple-minded cliche that's become!!)

What does this have to do with anything?

People do that already.

Feel free to do that some time. Say, did you know that the provincial Medicare boards in Canada can't even review an individual case? That they face serious legal penalties for doing so?

Did you know private practitioners in France running a small doctor's office often don't even have to hire any clerical staff because their billing is so simple?

It gas to do with the doctor/patient relationship without third party intervention, Did i really need to explain this to you?

Well you are going to see a lot more of it, with people visiting the doctor more often because they are lonely or in love. Of course 'someone else' will always be paying for it.

Cash is best, and usually allows negotiation.

Bill Clinton is an asshole...

Presidents and former presidents need to realize they're no better than the people they serve(ed)...

Maybe Bill didn't get the memo that he is a civilian....

Bill Clinton is an asshole...

But it also takes a special kind of person to fool some of the people all of the time and then, in the charismatic dust surrounding Slick Willy, pass off his wife as a legitimate Presidential candidate.

I suppose that's the problem with the arrogant clown - Hilliary isn't out there banging Shaq to make a point..

Both are better suited for an MTV reality show rather than serious politics.

No not Chunk...

Well... you're the blind one yack'in bullchit.
Here's Milton Friedman on the subject...

LA: Is there an area here in the United States in which we have not been as aggressive as we should in promoting property rights and free markets?

MF: Yes, in the field of medical care. We have a socialist-communist system of distributing medical care. Instead of letting people hire their own physicians and pay them, no one pays his or her own medical bills. Instead, there's a third party payment system. It is a communist system and it has a communist result.

Hillsdale College - Imprimis Issue
"It is a communist system and it has a communist result..." Of course... this was BEFORE ObamaKare. But don't call those who embrace ObamaKare and other socialist schemes... Socialists!

Like typical deceptive Socialists, they don't want to tell us what their final solution for us is. They're like termites these socialists... they eat away at our liberties little by little until there is catastrophic failure.

Yes. You do. House calls are rare now because of economics, not some nebulous government intervention you've failed to specify. House calls make less money because they are time consuming, and technology changes in medicine mean that diagnostic equipment isn't as mobile. (this might reverse when we invent a handheld MRI star trek scanner thingy)

Wild speculation. Provide evidence that this occurs in other nations with any real regularity.

And what does that tell you about socialized medicine?
That the big scary government isn't deciding your fate in a death panel after all.
Cash is best, and usually allows negotiation.
Ok. So?

Exactly. They are exchanging one third party system fr another third party system thinking that maybe the government will somehow be more efficient of the two. But, in all seriousness, how likely is that?

And those "economics" are the added expense of third party involvement. Naturally the costs will change in order to support the added bureaucracy.

Wild speculation. Provide evidence that this occurs in other nations with any real regularity.

Wild speculation?? I am a Canadian.
