Tea Party Favorite Cruz releases birth certificate

Sure did. And unlike you, I understood it too.

Despite his suppositions, there remains no evidence that Obama informed Action & Dystel that he was born in Kenya.

These 'suppositions' would certainly be good circumstantial evidence in a court of law.

1) December 22, 1970

2) No

Thanks.

At least someone on the conservative side has some common sense. Like you, I've always thought this birther issue was ridiculous. I just wanted to see if any Republican posters to this thread (and I assume by your "Very Conservative" lean you are such) would Roger-up concerning the 2-parent NBC issue as irrelevant under INA law especially those who once argued so vehemently against Pres. Obama "natural-born" citizenship status.

And yet, despite your false claim, you still remain empty in the evidence department. You have absolutely zero evidence that Obama told her he was born in Kenya. Therefore, when I said, "if you didn't make it up, then it shouldn't be difficult at all for you to post a link to where you read Obama told them he was born in Kenya," your inability to do so is evidence that you made that up.

:coffeepap

LOL.

I didn't create the evidence (even though we are not dealing with such a thing, we're not in court) Obama and the woman he hired did. They published it. And the "false claim" I might have made was a misunderstanding I made between the three articles, what you typed, and what the literary agent later said, not what the two of them published and distributed. Not one time have I said "Obama told her he was born in Kenya" although he most likely did. Common sense and as the literary agents partner said, they talk to clients to get the info. But be that as it may, it still has little to no bearing on who the founding member of the Obama "birther" movement was. It was of course Obama. Either by his design or by his failure to correct a "mistake" from someone who he hired to distribute his background information. If in fact the agent made a mistake, not likely, but if, all Obama had to do was tell her and it could have been corrected. She worked for him. If it was a mistake, I don't know what Obamas motives were in not correcting it. If it was by design, I don't know what Obamas motives were. Either way, it's on him, he was the boss. His responsibility to check his advertisement about his life.

Obama, founder of the "birther movement, since at least 1991.

Those are the kinds of supposition Orly Taitz would try to present in a court of law.

Regardless ... suppositions are not evidence. They're merely wishful thinking in lieu of evidence due to the lack thereof.

Evidence?? What evidence?? Are you deluding yourself into believing there's even a shred of evidence that Obama informed the literary agent that he was born in Kenya?? In case you've forgotten already, she said she didn't get that information from Obama. And unless you can channel Breitbart in Hell and he's found new information there, you still have absolutely no evidence that she's lying. Therefore, that make you the liar. Which of course, merely means you're just another typical rightie.

Whoaaaa ... now you're making up more stuff???

Let's see your proof that Obama ever saw the pamphlet or knew about the error ....... ?

This issue should have died long ago but a "Liberal" open the door again.

The general feeling seems to be that it doesn't matter where Obama was born. He is just an incompetent buffoon.

Well, whatever. It really doesn't matter anymore.

LOl.

Still with the "evidence" kick, uh? OK, I'll play along for a second like we are in court. The two of them produced it and distributed it. Obama was the boss she was the underling. Later to protect the boss, she took the fall.

Now when the jury see's what the two of the produced, the guilty verdict is soon on the way back. And don't even pretend that people don't lie in court (or out) to protect bosses.

Ok, that game is over. We're right back where we were. Either by design or by failure to correct his agents mistake, Obama was the first birther.

How many of Obama's first generation fraternal siblings were born in the United States? how many fraternal siblings does Obama have? How many were born in Africa or "Kenya?"

Umm, we don't require a court of law to need evidence to confirm rightwing idiocy. You're welcome to maintain any silly notion you wish, just like Birthers. You still have no evidence that Obama either "produced" that pamphlet or "distributed" it. And you're certainly in no position to render a "guilty verdict" which is based on nothing more than an overactive rightwing imagination. Still, I can only file your nonsense into the trash as lies since there's no evidence to confirm it.

Oh, and how come I'm still waiting for you to tell me what Executive Order Obama signed to hide whatever it is you think he's hiding?

Don't know. What does that matter?

Don't know. What does that matter?

Yes, exactly. "What difference, at this point, does it make?"

Nothing really matters anymore. You pick your side, stick with it, and defend it against anyone. In the past politicians were always viewed with some suspicion, but not anymore. I few decades of brainwashing has changed all that.

Does this mean that sheik, and others won't try to de legitimize Cruz if he runs?

Oh, I'm sure he and his fellow travelers will take the broader view. That's why they call themselves 'liberals'.

See here you go with the leftist type stuff. It says nowhere that they "didn't get Obama's bio from Obama". You made that up. "looney lies" from the left trying to protect the first "birther". The article says clients were contacted and they got approval for what was published. How much Obama told them, he will never own up to. But he knowingly allowed it to be published as written for his own reasons. He never demanded they change anything or we would have heard about it from either him or that agency by now. Now he may have started the "birther' stuff before this. But he signed a Presidential order his first day or two in office that may prevent the truth from ever coming out on that.

:waiting: And here I am, still waiting for you to tell me what Executive Order Obama signed to hide whatever it is you think he's hiding? :waiting:

:2wave:

How come? How come you refuse to source that executive order? Ya know, I'm beginning to think you're just making that up too. :lamo

Seems itain'tfree isain'ttalkingtruth :lamo He ran away because he realized he can't prove the nonsense he made up. Typical rightie.

I'm shocked! Shocked, I tell ya.
