Well, I can't answer that, but from the sentence structure, it appears that he was referring to little white punks, which the world has plenty of.

The prosecutors are only asking for 9 months probation, no contact and random drug tests. :roll:

What a lazy and corrupt concept. No we need to ignore the rising deaths, violence and poverty in certain areas and cultures and just blame this on " the man "

People like you, who've wormed their way into positions of representation, are a major factor in the large number of minor convictions in the States.

Your mitigation and blame does more damage than any number of Youth Correction Facillities because while the people that represent the Communities offer up incoherent solutions, the violence continues.

Real solutions that actually force responsibillity on the individuals in these Communities are Considered racist or unfair, so the problem continues and more black Children die.

It is one of the most desperately corrupt examples of the failure of Liberalism.

I saw three more that should be locked up, but like I said. Dont worry, give it time. Those kids are on the track to a pine box or a jail cell very soon.

What's funny is the liberals are usually all against bullying, they scream and cry about it constantly, and here we have three 15-year-old kids brutally beating one 13-year-old kid, and some are calling it a "schoolyard brawl." Good God what hypocrites!

Perhaps he meant "If my son beats another that viciously over drugs then he gets time. He is sorry, but that is the way it is!"

Anyway a video before any charges should do the trick.

Not like that. I went to a decent school, raised by decent parents, taught by decent teachers that would not stand for that.
I lived in a decent city where the police would have arrested them and charged them accordingly.
And right next to a Air Base where their fathers would have been drug in front of their commanding officer and made to explain just what type of monsters are they raising.
But I am glad you have so much empathy for the three animals. Send them a care package in the joint when they land there.

lol yes I was aware of that but thanks for the friendly advice and in the schools I went to ( and in most schools) if I ratted on another student I would expect to get the **** kicked out of me.

Brawl implies that the other kid had a chance. This was a straight up beating.
Had the races been reversed, the 15 year olds would probably never see the light of day again. Much less be given 9 months of juvi probation.

You would expect 3 to beat you down, not let you up to defend yourself and break your arm?
Getting smacked around is one thing, this went way way beyond that.

I don't think they should be charged as adults. However they should get at least one month in detention if not more and two years probation at a minimum. I have zero tolerance for violence especially in schools. Kids should be able to feel safe and if the kid told on the others for selling pot then he should be fully protected.

If they get a light sentence its going to really be an injustice.

Depends on the school too be honest, I went to schools on military bases around the world and have experienced first hand how brutal kids can be regardless of skin colour or social background.

If you want to make it so. Were the 3 15 yearolds black? Was the victim white? Reverse that and tell me what would be happening right now if the judge gave 3 white kids 9 months probation for viciously beating a smaller younger black kid?

Too be honest I couldn't tell you as it wasn't 3 white kids, however if your trying to argue that the US Justice system favours young black males over young white males I think you would be having a laugh.
