Hillary Clinton tops list of Dems voters don't want in 2016 [W:72]

We conservatives could learn a lesson in that. We are always trying to play an honorable tact, when our opponent has no intention of being honest. We need to develop their own tactics and use them against them.

What was the honorable part of setting up a deceptive OP in this thread? You don't get to claim honor when you start out with lies and distortions, then run when challenged on it.

Perhaps this is an opportunity for you to debate the opening post rather than attacking an absent poster.

This would be a good opertunity to go back, read the thread and see where I did in fact do that.

So you voted Libertarian and also think the GOP isn't conservative at all then?

I agree, your opponents in the Republican party showed they have no intention of being honest as evident in the 2012 election.

Good for you. Then why bother with your last post?

Because of the sheer hilarity of J mac referring to honor and tact for him, and dishonesty for the other side, and doing it in this thread where he got busted.

Re: Hillary Clinton tops list of Dems voters don't want in 2016

He didn't say that.

He implied 47% were sucking on the government teet. It's a block of voters the Socialist of Amerika Partei (SAPs) have tried to buy with taxpayer money, and to a large degree have been successful. Therefore it will be a long, hard row to hoe.

It's always funny how Republicans supporters harp on this when their own party is largely responsible.

Maybe if the GOP didn't put in so many credits, deductions and ways to pay less Federal taxes, people would be paying more? In the GOP's drive to reduce taxes, they ended up creating a large amount of people who pay none by taking advantage of the very laws they wrote.

Allowing municipal bonds to generate tax free income lets elderly not pay income taxes.
Reducing tax rates so that fewer and fewer people pay.
Reagan's Earned Income Tax Credit making it hard for poor people to net to a positive income tax liability.
Indexing the standard deduction.

You want more people to pay? Start repealing the laws the Republicans wrote on taxes.

Hillary will be the next President of the United states, regardless of what the official republican polling company chooses to find.
The simple fact that they chose to take this poll is an indication of how afraid of Hillary the GOP really is.

I think most intelligent should be wary of electing someone like Hillary Clinton.

What do you feel her accomplishments might be?

Do you have issues with the background and experience of the next President? She beats the pants off of anyone else considering a run currently that I know of.

Re: Hillary Clinton tops list of Dems voters don't want in 2016

Then you're not looking at C. Christie. With a +29 for women he says in NJ and other Dem inroads, only the GOP's own loon stupidity and moderators like Rushbo can stop him.

That and his health. CC is DOA for a POTUS run. He got friendly with Obama. That's the end of the story as far as the Grand Old Tea Party is concerned. Sorry, that big dog won't hunt.

I believe every presidential candidate should be highly qualified and have some accomplishments to point to, otherwise there is the danger of getting another BHO, Again, what are Hillary's accomplishments? What makes her qualified for the Presidency?

You mean outside of her being a lawyer, First Lady, a US Senator, and Sec. of State? After that she's really kind of a bum.

Yes, i mean apart from the positions she's held. What are her accomplishments?

Is it really that difficult a question? If it is you might reconsider any support you might have had for her.

Re: Hillary Clinton tops list of Dems voters don't want in 2016

Well, let's see....Hillary's accomplishments....That's a real toughy....

When she was a lawyer....

1) Whitewater scandal – This was the fraudulent land scheme, masterminded by Hillary and key witness Jim McDougal (who also mysteriously died in prison), while Hillary was a partner of the Rose Law Firm – also the firm of Vince Foster and Webster Hubbell, who later moved to D.C. with the Clintons to infest the White House Counsel's office with their "legal expertise." Hubbell was later indicted, tried and convicted for tax fraud. Foster turned up dead in Fort Marcy Park, as he was a material witness for then independent counsel Ken Starr's Whitewater criminal investigation.

2) During that time she also made an astonishing $100K in 10 months in futures contracts in what many consider to be insider trading....

Hillary as First lady....

1) Travelgate – To feather the nest of her friends, Harry and Susan Thomases, both Hollywood "beautiful people," Hillary had the head of the White House Travel Office, Billy Dale, fired on trumped-up claims of tax irregularities and then put the Thomases in charge to personally reap the profits of this government travel business. Dale, who was my client, was ultimately cleared, but not after his life was virtually ruined.

2) Filegate – This patented Hillary scandal was first detected by the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee, which had been investigating the Clintons' Travelgate caper. What was learned is that more than 900 FBI files had been ordered up by a former bar bouncer, Craig Livingstone, whom Hillary had hired to work in the White House Counsel's Office, on the first lady's orders and without proper legal justification. I later filed a class-action suit against the Clintons and other accomplices. The case went on for almost a decade and resulted in the uncovering of yet another Clinton scandal, E-mailgate – where the Clintons had covered up and suppressed more than a million potentially incriminating emails that should have been produced to me, Ken Starr and Congress over a variety of the duo's crimes. It was also during this Filegate case that it was learned that President Clinton, on the advice of his top political adviser, James Carville, had illegally released Privacy Act protected information from White House files to smear Kathleen Willey, a woman who was a material witness in the impeachment proceedings, as she was also sexually harassed by the "philanderer in chief" while working for him in the White House. This was the basis of Judge Lamberth's ruling that President Clinton had committed a crime.

3) Chinagate – Not to be outdone by her prior scandals, Hillary then masterminded a scheme whereby the Clinton-Gore presidential campaign of 1996 took bribes from communist Chinese banks and their government to bankroll the president's and the Democratic Party's re-election efforts when it appeared, due to their low standing in the polls, that all the stops needed to be pulled out. It was the lawsuit that I brought against Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown, where at Hillary's instruction, he literally sold seats on Department trade missions to China and elsewhere, which principally uncovered this. In late 1996 and early 1997, the scandal had burgeoned to such a level that joint congressional hearings were empaneled, ultimately to be shut down when Democrats uncovered illegal fundraising by some Republicans. The two parties, faced with mutual assured destruction, simply took an exit stage left. However, I soldiered on with my lawsuit. And, while I uncovered a lot about Bonnie and Clyde and their Chinese "friends," this scandal ultimately took back seat to the Monica Lewinsky scandal, since the media preferred sex to foreign espionage and graft. Hillary and Bill were ironically saved by Monica, who became the lightening rod drawing attention away to what at the time was perhaps the biggest scandal – Chinagate – in American history.

Hillary as Senator....

1) The FALN President Clinton’s decision to commute prison terms caused an uproar at the time. Holder was called before Congress to explain his role but declined to answer numerous questions from angry lawmakers demanding to know why the Justice Department had not sided with the FBI, federal prosecutors and other law enforcement officials, who were vehemently opposed to the grants.
Some religious groups and influential individuals, including President Carter, had endorsed the commutations. But Clinton’s decision outraged law enforcement officials, who had tried to contain a bombing campaign in New York, Chicago and elsewhere in the 1970s and 1980s by groups seeking independence for Puerto Rico from the United States.
New interviews and an examination of previously undisclosed documents indicate that Holder played an active role in changing the position of the Justice Department on the commutations.

*Although this one was a scandal for Bill, and Eric Holder, it was done IMHO specifically for the purpose to throw Hillary's Senate run and win her the PR vote in her NY district.*

Hillary as SoS...

1) Benghazi - Secretary of State Hillary Clinton finally testified about her role in the breakdown of security at the consulate, which resulted in the deaths of our ambassador and three others. At several points during even the mild questioning about why she had not as secretary of state taken steps to beef up security despite warnings before the terrorist attack, Hillary lost control and bore her vicious fangs.

This woman is a liar, and a bitch.

Presidential? No.

Remember this day?

Ah, the days of the past when disagreement didn't get you labeled a racist, or if Hillary gets in a sexist....

Hillary would be a disaster...

Have fun with that. And in case you haven't heard, Americans are tired of phony scandals. As a matter of fact, we're tired of all scandals. The GOTP has played that card far too often.

Then why do you progressives create so many of them? Remember Hillary's senior thesis? Tell me why she sought to have access to that suppressed? Dumb political move.

And BTW, trying to diminish the sad record of Hillary using an Allensky tactic itself is pathetic. Don't you guys have a different playbook yet? This one is played out.

Ours is played out? We won. Try again.

Re: Hillary Clinton tops list of Dems voters don't want in 2016

She made a couple large, fatal mistakes in her campaign. She is unlikely to make those mistakes again.

she'll most certainly make all those mistakes again.

The problem with hillary is that she has no genuine convictions. She cares about nothing except winning the election and becoming the woman who finally shattered the "glass ceiling", i. e. the first female President, and to achieve that goal, she'll steadfastly avoid taking any controversial unambiguous positions on any issues out of fear that it will place her out of the mainstream, engineering her whole campaign in such a way as to avoid being forced to confront voters that will ask her to take a decisive stance.

And no voter w/noodle wants someone like that, especially when there are up-and-coming newbies who can market themselves as more genuine candidates on the Internet, despite having no connections.
