Yes. If more blacks supported republicans then you would not see republicans targeting blacks. It is about partisan power not racism.

I'm suggesting there's no real problem.

In like 2003 one guy tried to straight-up cancel elections right after black people became a majority in a particular district. 31 rejections since the 2006 renewal. Numerous redistricting attempts that obviously are aimed along racial lines.

At least you're not sitting here telling me that singling out black people for disenfranchisement is ok as long as the motivation is partisanism and not racism. So, it could be worse.
