Everyone with a drop of common sense knows that NY is one of worst liberal states in the country along with CA, OR, and WA.

So therefore there are no conservatives in NY and the person who filed the charges against that man was a liberal politician and did it because he was a liberal? Just need your evidence and this is all a wrap.

Are people arguing the kids shouldn't have been charged for their crimes? I haven't read through the thread, but if they are than I completely agree.

No I understand that. But I thought Rocketman and PowerRob were discussing the ideologies of specifically the people involved in this case. Perhaps I misunderstood.

The thread is not about the kids being charged. So perhaps you reading the thread might help. It is not tediously long yet, is it ?

How in the Hell does anyone know the "ideologies" of the specific folks involved in this case ?

What we do know is the ideology of the majority of the legislature in the state. We do know the variance in laws that flow from such pluralities of certain ideologies. It is against that that this case has been weighed.

Why is this so convoluted for the liberals amongst us ?

I suppose I should probably read the thread. The thread isn't about the kids being charged, but you made it seem like the liberals had been saying that the kids should get off scot-free. If they have than I agree with you.

The majority of the State Senate is and has been for all but one of the last 50 years controlled by Republicans. It is not the homogenous democratic state that Rocketman made it out to be.

The thread is about the adult, who was then responsible for the property, being charged. Every post that I have made is about that topic.

The kids have been charged as well. I am pretty certain that no one in the thread, left or right, has defended their vandalism.

New York is not a conservative state. :roll:
