Hey if you think that's OK then move to Cuba, bye bye.:2wave:
read up on the restrictions of section 501 (c) and part 4 and you will find that it is completelyu within the abilities of the IRS to do so. The only thing in question is whether they applied their abilities poorly, not illegally. What they did was still well within the law, and boehner knows it which is why you will never see criminal convictions for this.
But time will tell with boehner. I am sure you will forget about the trash talk that will never come to much. But feel free and prove me wrong and tell me exactly what charges the people will be facing. That will include the criminal statute that they will be charged with in court. They will not be charged with an amendment. They will not be charged with discrimination. They will be charged with a crime. Crimes have specific statutes which they will reference. Those are the specific laws which are broken. They have legal definitions which the prosecution will have to prove the defendant violated. I want those definitions. if you cannot provide them then it is all a lot of bluster.
