Baby Abortion Survivor Was "Swimming" In Toilet "Trying To Get Out"

Hello??? The "moment" OCCURS between 30 minutes and 5 days. That is the time span. Why are you getting this? It's a pretty simple concept even for a child.

A moment is not "a time span"

So you can't identify the moment of conception

I knew you couldn't do it

I think if you have to talk in circles and can't answer direct, simple questions about your position then, even in your own mind, your position is indefensible.

I can't believe that some people would make themselves look foolish just to avoid admitting that maybe they might be wrong. Like putting your fingers in your ears and screaming to drown out anything anyone else has to say, and never acknowledging other people's opinions, thoughts or points. It's a real wussy way of arguing if you ask me.

And if you have to define "a moment" as "between 30 minutes and 5 days", then even you know your position is indefensible

We've defended our position. If you could actually defend yours, you would.

I think you need to take a class on reading comprehension. Really, this is just sad and pathetic. I feel sorry for you because you're making yourself sound retarded.

I know what you mean. Some people are reluctant to admit that they're wrong that they will argue that a moment is between 30 minutes and 5 days!! :lamo

It's not arguing at all. Seriously don't let it bother you. It speaks volumes all on it's own.

I think you need to read the definition of the word "moment" in a dictionary. I feel sorry for anyone who thinks that a moment is "between 30 minutes and 5 days"

Still waiting for you to explain when that moment of conception occurs

If you could explain it, you would

Apparently there is no way to explain it so that you are able understand it. I'll concede that I am simply unable to dumb it down enough for you.

I feel sorry for anyone who can't figure out that a moment can occur anywhere between one point and another. Do we really have devolve this conversation into the usual idiocy?

Sure there is. Just explain what takes place at the moment of conception.

Is it when the sperm first makes contact with the egg? Is it when the sperm releases enzymes that help it penetrate the eggs surface? Is it when the sperm is fully within the egg? Is it when the electrical charge on the eggs surface changes making it impossible for other sperms to penetrate the eggs surface?

What is the event that takes place at this mythical moment of conception?

The feelings mutual

But maybe someday you'll be able to describe what event takes place at this mythical "moment of conception"

Can't explain to those who refuse to listen or understand. Those people are a lost cause and a waste of time.

Apparently so. How many angels can dance on the head of a pin?

The creation of a unique human individual.

Lol, this from the guy who hasn't been able or willing to answer one direct question.

It seems to confuse him that the pro-life position is fairly obvious. Once there is a baby (call it a ZEF, whatever you like), you can't kill it.

He's trying to make a mountain out of a molehill that isn't even relevant. Obviously once you can pee on a stick and have the thing give you the "plus" sign (or whatever), fertilization has occurred.

Keith Moore: "A zygote [fertilized egg] is the beginning of a new human being. Human development begins at fertilization, the process during which a male gamete … unites with a female gamete or oocyte … to form a single cell called a zygote. This highly specialized, totipotent cell marks the beginning of each of us as a unique individual."

Yes, there are people who refuse to understand that a moment is not "between 30 minutes and 5 days"

The creation of a unique human individual.

A unique human individual is not created during the events that ChrisL posted. At the end of that process, there is no unique set of DNA composed of 24 chormosomes. That happens later.

There is no baby during the events that ChrisL quotes describes. That happens later

Because
dehumanization and depersonalization is usually a necessary precondition to condoning, participating, or justifying mass-murder.

Gotta protect that "womans' right to choose".... to kill her children.

Its hard to take lifers seriously when you talk like this. Your posts read like Sangha's if he switched sides.

Again, the moment is not between 30 minutes and 5 days. The moment OCCURS within 30 minutes to 5 days. There's that reading comprehension thing with you again.

At the end of the process ChrisL's quote describes, the pregnancy test will probably show negative

Life begins at conception, science teaches

Etc.

Funny, but I don't see where it says anything about a moment of conception
