Baby Abortion Survivor Was "Swimming" In Toilet "Trying To Get Out"

It's little sad to see people actually defending this guy.

What's more ironic is that many who are pushing the whole "safe and legal" argument of upholding abortion seem to be "defending" this guy. This is a case where abortions were neither safe or legal.

I just want him to get sentenced to death by the methods he used to murder babies and have the court rule it to be "cruel and unusual punishment." Maybe America will have a wakeup call regarding the hell and atrocities that is legalized abortions, especially legalized late term ones.

If we wouldn't, or legally couldn't, do it to the scum of humanity who are guilty of atrocious acts why should we subject unborn humans to that?

That's a very, very good question.

I hope I'm wrong, but if you're hoping for a wake up call, I don't see that happening. I think you're going to see even more elaborate rationalizations--the unborn aren't "persons," Gosnell is the exception that proves the rule, etc.

Yet, they still want LESS regulations.

In the law, testimony is a form of
evidence that is obtained from a witness who makes a solemn statement or declaration of fact

Testimony - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Its considered a fact to the the person making the testimony. Making a false testimony or lying under oath is a crime.

None of this means any testimony represents the facts, and jury must accept it as fact. Many times the defense and prosecutor will have witnesses making statements that conflict and argue against the others case.

It just comes down to individual perception: what they saw, what they think they saw, and how they believe it fits into the legal process and the case at hand.

Yet, they still want LESS regulations.

"Mallory Quigley, communications director for the Susan B. Anthony List, a nonprofit group that supports pro-life policies and candidates... told CP on Tuesday that the conditions in Gosnell's clinic are typical of what can be found in abortion clinics across the nation. 'The Gosnell case just scratches the surface. It's beyond disingenuous for Planned Parenthood to say Gosnell's clinic is an outlier when they and the National Abortion Federation admitted to knowing about the conditions of his clinic.'

Quigley added that if Planned Parenthood was concerned about women's health, they wouldn't fight legislation that requires women's medical facilities to make health and safety improvements.

'The clinic regulations in Pennsylvania, for example, really are common ground,' Quigley said. 'Even a Democratic legislator spoke in support of the regulations because her cousin died as a result of having an abortion at Gosnell's clinic.'"

Obama Cancels Keynote Speech at Planned Parenthood Gala

Yes, horrific. As a disclaimer, I oppose the death penalty under all circumstances including this one, but in Gosnell's case, the death penalty is too easy. Lock him away for the rest of his rotten life, hope he lives a very long and healthy life, and surround him with his jars of fetus feet so that he has something to contemplate.

As a compromise perhaps he could sit in a cell and contemplate his own feet in a jar.

This post title is revolting. I could have lived my whole damned life without reading the OP title. Jesus Christ. Doesn't anyone have any common sense? God almighty.

It's the title of the article linked in the OP.

Didn't Obama speak at Planned Parenthood yesterday? He was fawning all over them and vice versa.

That should be the reaction to anyone reading about what Gosnell did to women and infants. And frankly, to all abortion.

He's a hero for the left. Why do you think there is no lamestream media coverage?

There was lots of coverage two years ago when he was arrested. Quit just regurgitating everything the right wing blogs tell you. MSNBC covered it more than Fox did.

And yet gun nuts want less regulation after mass shootings...

Surely you can see the blatantly obvious difference...

They
should be ashamed but they won't be. Instead they'll debate whether a newborn baby can swim in a toilet or not.

Its not my shame. I did nothing wrong, and I don't approve of what happened in the least. But since this thread is just about flushing babies down toilettes and babies swimming in toilettes, then I am going to debate it and point out why I have a problem with that claim.

You should have a problem with every claim the abortion banners make. Those moral fascists are constantly lying in order to convince others that they are morally superior

Well, then don't accept the testimony. You can simply look at the photographic evidence provided by the grand jury and read its findings.

There is no photographic evidence of a baby swimming in a toilet

It's just another lie

No, I ****ing can't. People tell me all the time that more gun control laws wont stop gun murders, so I want someone to explain to me which abortion law would have made this guy not be a murderer.

According to the second ammendment a American citizen has the right to purchase and carry firearms.

According to roe v wade and the interpration of the fourteenth amendment right to due process, abortion is something that can not be denied without due process.

Why are we debating if the baby was "swimming" or just moving around? Does it really make any difference what the baby was doing in the toilet?

If true, the witness' claims are pretty horrifying, but I find them really hard to believe. Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction, but saying that babies were trying to escape from being flushed and they were clogging the pipes could so very easily be an outrageous lie to stoke the cause.

It's hard to know for sure because when it comes to abortion, both sides of the issue are capable of great dishonesty in order to achieve their agendas.

Not all firearm owners kill life with their firearm.
All abortion doctors kill life.

How about someone actually INSPECTING his clinic instead of letting him mutilate and murder babies and women for years?
