The beginning of a new, individual life is not an event. It is the result of an event.

Your word games are ineffective and dishonest.

BTWm since this "event" takes place before implantation, do you also oppose contraception?

Let's try this one more time. The moment of conception is when the sperm attaches itself to the egg. That can occur anywhere between 30 minutes and 5 days following intercourse.

The quote you posted said nothing about any "attachment" of the sperm to the egg
