Texas DA, wife killed -- 2 months after his deputy is gunned down [W:627]

And after all the jumping to conclusions and rush to make this about race and racists...turns out the killer was a pudgy disgruntled court clerk with no affiliation to any 'hate groups'.

On the plus side...when homey goes to prison, he is going to get a chance to get acquainted with those hate groups. Up close and VERY personal. I'm sure they LOVED the attention and scrutiny he gave them.
No kidding?
Ex-Texas justice of the peace charged with making 'terroristic threat' - CNN.com
Seems vague if anything.

Williams has a history with law enforcement authorities, including the Kaufman County District Attorney's office.

Last year, he was sentenced to two years' probation after a conviction for burglary and theft by a public servant. Hasse prosecuted Williams' case.

Hours after the McLellands' bodies were found, authorities met with Williams at a local Denny's restaurant, Williams' attorney, David Sergi, told CNN earlier this month.

Investigators took swab samples from Williams' hands to test him for gun residue, according to the lawyer. Results were not made public by officials, but Sergi said the tests came back negative.

Very Vague. In fact, he wasn't even arrested for the murders.
Eric Williams was arrested by sheriff's office members in Kaufman County and charged with two counts of insufficient bond and one count of making a "terroristic threat."

That is a lie. The article does not say that this guy was the killer. They don't even say that he was involved in it in any way

Authorities have not said if Williams' arrest is related to the investigation into the deaths of Mark Hasse and Mike McLelland

You are both right...I overstated his 'arrest' and the purpose.

It now looks like the ex-justice was involved in the killings

KAUFMAN, Texas, April 15 (UPI) -- A former justice of the peace is expected to be charged with capital murder in the killings of two Texas prosecutors and the wife of one of them, officials say.
