Are we seeing a stronger economic recovery?

Are we repeating 2007 events? That is what is worrying some investors.

IMO The economy sucks,theres no rational reason for the Dow to be so high.

I'm fine with it 401K wise but thats only because 401K is enforced saving!

I'm afraid we're all in deep doodoo at some point ala 2007 !

HOPE I'M WRONG!! :cry:

This is completely bogus when you consider the rapidly increasing inflation and the number of people on the government dole. This surge is the product of inflation.

Soon, the short bets will win and this will blow up. That's what just about EVERY economist is saying right now.

But if you time it right and move your 401K money at the right time, you can take advantage. Of course, Obama thinks 401Ks are unfair and only favor the wealthy, so he's going to do everything he can to get his hands on that, too.

Businesses are still making money by cutting their workforces, sitting on cash reserves and getting loans but if people stay unemployed and retail sales keep falling off it's going to catch up to the Markets. The FED is trying to stimulate the housing industry with low interest and buying assets to offset mortgage debt, which drives investors into an already over valued stock market. It's getting top heavy.

Guys, the market is being propped up by printed currency.

They are driving up bond and asset values and Bernake knows he cant stop.

This isn't an indication of how well our economy is doing, its an indication of how sick our economy is.

This is unprecedented and China's already stated it has no qualms over entering into a currency war with us and Japan.

Celebrating this is celebrating ignorance. This wont end well.

They are also trying to drive the value of the dollar down. But we're not alone in that respect.

True. Everyone wants that trade value.
But QE lowering the future value of the dollar will eventually hurt lower income people far worse than the top percent.
