What a silly comment.

What a silly comment.

I theorize that part of the main impetus to radical Islam is directly coming from Saudi Arabia, essentially a gigantic flea colony that had the good fortune to hit the oil lottery..................

That's your problem

Let's try to keep it that way

I've spent a lifetime listening to world freely express it's prejudices against me, so I've decided I'm going to show it the same "consideration"...........

Being free from prejudice is not something to do for others but for oneself.

Radical Islam certainly has support in Saudi Arabia, but ostracizing Saudi leadership would not help that situation.

Of course it happened. It's consistent with Saudi custom. You need more cultural awareness.

Not that particular photo - it's a pretty famous photoshop. They did hold hands and the cheek kissing custom was observed.

Since you're handling the situation, I guess I shouldn't pity your position

Yet, I do.

"Islam" makes Christianity look like a stroke of sheer genius...........................Not a small feat..........................

Does he have a chance, or is the name Bush to toxic to win? Being a liberal, I wouldn't vote for him, however I've always thought he had his act better than his brother, the for POTUS.

"I have a voice, I want to share my beliefs about how the conservative movement and the Republican party can regain its footing, because we’ve lost our way," former Gov. Jeb Bush (R-Fla.) told Matt Lauer of NBC's "TODAY Show" on Monday.

"I won’t [rule out running] but I’m not going to declare today either," Bush also said.

I would absolutely love to see how the Tea Party considers a Jeb Bush candidacy when his role in the Terry Schiavo case and how he got the Florida legislature to write and pass a law so he could specifically interfere in that case and order her feeding tube to be surgically reinserted. A law which the Florida supreme court then struck down as unconstitutional.

So I would love for Jeb Bush to explain how he's not a big government politician to a national audience of conservatives polarized by the Tea Party.

No to Jeb Bush. End the political heirloom dynasties.

I remember when "Conservatives" thought using extraordinary means to keep people alive was somehow "evil".................Now they've bought into it hook, line, and sinker.......................The "One" God seems to ride a very fickle horse, indeed...........................

You've told me a lot of things before. Gore would have been catastrophic. After 9/11 he would have asked for surrender terms. And then there's the global warming nonsense.:fueltofir

.. then again, we probably would never have had the elective war in Iraq nor the ridiculous tax cuts of 2001/03... so the national debt right now would have been closer to $5T and the deficits closer to zero... (though Sadaam might still be "terrorizing" us)

I doubt it, since Gore was never noted as a fiscal hawk and BHO is our biggest debt builder at over $6T.

I wouldn't vote for him....Unless the rep party gets back to the fundamentals, I am going to find it hard to vote for any of the current progressive/republicans.

The days of Dems voting for GOP candidates
are over and done with, methinks.............Afterall, it was the "Reagan Democrats" who issued in this nightmare...................

I didn't think there were anymore Reagan Democrats around.

Maybe there would be if you had a candidate like Reagan. You guys haven't had a "Reagan" since...well, Reagan.

We still would have had the Democrat mandated sub prime bubble, and Omnibus, Stimulus,GM bailout a shrinking econom.

I think Romney could have been that kind of President, sans the Chicago smear machine, and lies taken as truth....Say what you will, he still would have been better than President "hands off" Obama.

Romney wouldn't have been even close to Reagan. Just don't see it, he was as wishy-washy as John Kerry.
