That has been alluded to in the past that this WH is the worst so far at that. i think he needs to disclose the alleged email in un-redacted form with the sender's identity attached
let us see for ourselves if this was truly a threat against the reporter who broke the watergate debacle

without that evidence i am inclined to believe woodward is trying to misdirect our attention away from his assertion that Obama is responsible for the pending sequester ... something the white house has been responding to, saying that woodward and his allegations are all wet

how many times was bush criticized, for not using proper English, ....laughed at when he had the shoe thrown at him, dan quail laughed at over ....potato.

yet these things are big news for the press, and they go on and on about them.

yet those have nothing to do with threats, improprieties.

for someone who does not even like Bush, he got a lot of crap throw at him, while the current WH occupant, gets a pass on everything

Well to be fair then that source would be outed. That being said, "unnamed sources" should be steps to uncovering larger stories, they shouldn't be the only source of the story itself, otherwise there's nothing to stop any reporter from just plain making anything up, which frankly this one has the feel of.
