Israel gave birth control to Ethiopian Jews without their consent [W:283,569]

Right!
They should be educated enough to know that sterilization and contraception are not the same.
But apparently some don't know the difference.

Are you one of them?

Excon, is it your opinion based on what you have read, whether through coercion, threats or manipulation, that the Isareli goverment through their Ministry of Health forced Ethiopian Jewish women to accept birth control injections so they wouldn't breed too much in the Levant?

Right! :doh

As we saw, the actual definitions did not fit.
People should be educated enough to know that sterilization and contraception are not the same.
But apparently some don't know the difference.
Apparently folks like playing fast and lose with definitions like the author of a book does.
Doesn't make them right in any sense of the word.

Are you one of them?

Wasn't it you that was bitching about people arguing semantics before?

Do you think what the Israeli government did is right or wrong? It's a simple question, or at least it should be.

I can read too. You're called certain posters here actual advocates of forced sterilizations, etc. That's obvious bull****.

X, is it your opinion based on what you have read, whether through coercion, threats or manipulation, that the Isareli goverment through their Ministry of Health forced Ethiopian Jewish women to accept birth control injections so they wouldn't breed too much in the Levant?

lol, I'm going by the very definition you cited

As far as I know, I'm the only advocate of eugenics on this forum and I'm speaking out against what the Israeli government has done here.

I don't know what's true. My suspicion is that the facts are somewhat less spectacular than the headlines. Of course, since I cannot say I believe it exactly as I'm "supposed" to that means I'm an advocate of forced sterilizations.

The Israeli Government

How do you know what the Israeli government has done here?

Has anyone yet been able to provide proof that providing contraceptives is bad?
What was that? No they haven't?

Has anyone yet been able to provide proof that providing contraceptives to a certain portion of the population in this specific setting is bad?
What was that? No they haven't?

Has anyone yet been able to provide proof that the alleged force is true?
What was that? No they haven't?

Has anyone yet been able to provide proof that the alleged force was the stated policy?
What was that? No they haven't?

Has anyone yet been able top show that it wasn't a possible misunderstanding as the new directive makes clear on?
What was that? No they haven't?

So really all we have is a bunch of haters trying to use unconfirmed reports to further their hatred. Figures.

When you lose Viktyr, it's time to reassess your objectives.

Which further goes to show why proper terminology should be used.
It is a contraceptive. Not sterilization.

Whether or not you want to call it sterilization or contraceptive, how does it make it any better that a country like Israel (whom many of its people and other Jews went through horrific things by the nazis) FORCED people to do this with a long lasting "vaccine" that prevented them from producing kids for however long.

It's absolutely sickening IMO.

Go to the WHO, NHS or your own gov website for medical procedures and you'll clearly see that sterilization refers to irreversible procedures that renders one incapable of reproducing by conventional means. So no, Depo Provera injections do not equal sterilisation.

However, I find the semantics of this discussion quite reprehensible. Administering something with some filthy side effects without informed consent of the individual is ****ing reprehensible. I'm glad to see the gov is investigating it to see what actually happened.

Misleading title for the article. Typical British sensationalism in the news media. Anyone who bought this hook line and sinker, or who commented before actually reading the article should think again.

Nowhere in the story does the author offer any proof that Israel gave birth control to Ethiopian Jews without their consent. Nowhere in the article does Israel admit to this. Nowhere in the article o Ethiopian Jews accuse Israel of this.

Read it again, ppl.

How do you know what the Israeli government has done here?

Because the Israeli government has issued a document telling its officials to stop doing it?

When you lose Viktyr, it's time to reassess your objectives.

Lose what? I support the Israeli government most of the time and I hate to see them involved in something like this. I certainly don't have a grudge against them or an agenda to discredit them.

We are at the allegation stage.
You have no idea if it was forced, and if so, why?
For all we know it was simply a misunderstanding.

Doctors were told “not to renew prescriptions for Depo Provera for women of Ethiopian origin if for any reason there is concern that they might not understand the ramifications of the treatment”.

Wasn't it you that was bitching about people arguing semantics before?
Which is why I am pointing out to these folks that it is a contraceptive. Not a sterilization.

Do you think what the Israeli government did is right or wrong? It's a simple question, or at least it should be.
What did they do?
Apart for some allegations, we have no idea that anything was done purposely.

:doh
No you are not.
"See also" :doh, is not part of the definition.

You are assuming facts not in evidence.
At this stage you have no actual idea what happened or if it was forced.
All you have are allegations.

Your assumptions tell me more about you than the article tells me about what actually happened.

And there is a big difference between providing a contraceptive, and sterilizing someone.

You are not alone. But what exactly did Israel do here?
You don't know.
All you have is an allegation.
You have no idea what actually happened. So why do you assume? Because it is Israel?

All you have from the Government is a directive to make sure there is no misunderstanding.
How do you know that isn't all it is? So why do you assume? Because it is Israel?

Congrats Excon, this has to be a new record, a veritable PENTATEUCH of new TIERS OF DENIAL AND OBFUSCATION!

Let's review them one at a time, shall we?

Has anyone yet been able to provide proof that providing contraceptives is bad?

Translation - Has anyone provided proof that forcing birth control on darkie black women is really such a bad idea?

Has anyone yet been able to provide proof that providing contraceptives to a certain portion of the population in this specific setting is bad?

Has anyone yet been able to provide proof that the alleged force is true?

Translation - Even though the Israeli Gubmint has admitted to it I won't believe it until I read in "Honkey Zionist Quarterly".

Has anyone yet been able to provide proof that the alleged force was the stated policy?

Translation - Until I see photos of Israeli women soldiers simulating dog ****ing of Ethiopian Jewish women I'll consider it "man play".

Has anyone yet been able top show that it wasn't a possible misunderstanding as the new directive makes clear on?

Translation - The entire world misunderstands the policy of the Israeli Gubmint in trying to keep Israel darkie free.
