Clearly, she was a victim lucky to even survive. The guy deserves to be taken out back and shot. However, I find it a bit crazy that she wants to hold Match.com responsible. I'm pretty sure they have a disclaimer. This seems no different than trying to sue the bar where you met a guy who raped or attacked you. I'm curious to hear more opinions.

Seems like rotten luck more than bad judgment if you ask me. I'm sure internet dating is always an "at your own risk" kind of thing.

Yet another stupid lawsuit that proves people have to have someone to "blame" for monetary gain.

Shame on match.com for not including "Are you a psychopath?" as a question on the new member questionnaire.

Hell, I nailed some chick from Adult Friend Finder and got the clap. Don't see me lawyering up.

Obviously it is an unfortunate situation however I'm shocked a lawyer even took the case.

This is similar to the McDonalds case where the old lady spilled hot coffee on her yahooo.

The only possible way for this woman to win is if match.com knowingly knew the suspect was capable of doing what he did.

This case will certainly be thrown out.

I hate to break this to you, but there are no actual women on those websites.

So... um... that... person you met...
