'Enough is enough,' Feinstein says in proposing new gun ban [W:93]

Who ruled the 1994 ban was a violation of Constitutional rights?

What does the word infringe mean again? What did Madison have to say on arm restrictions?

Nobody. The ban was temporary and the make-up of the SCOTUS, at that time, made it a very bad time to challenge it.

You say you go by the Constitution, right? Who is authorized under the Constitution with judicial powers. Is it Madison? Is it you?

You realize your question has no where to go right? They didn't say anything, lol.

So, to date, the 1994 federal ban has never been ruled to be unconstitutional.

The law stood without legal challenge. That means it was never ruled unconstitutional.

It was never ruled on one way or the other. Is that so hard to understand?

So it was never ruled constitutional either. Care to answer my questions yet?

The polly parrot speak gets old from him. He wants the government to kill gun owners who don't turn their guns in

Under US rule of law, it is binding unless it is ruled unconstitutional.

"An ABC News-Washington Post poll released last week found that 65 percent of those polled supported banning high capacity ammunition magazines while 58 percent favored banning the sale of so-called assault weapons."

Feinstein Proposes Assault Weapons Ban - ABC News

The real poll behind this story: http://www.langerresearch.com/uploads/1146a1GunControl.pdf

I love these polls, always presented without ever saying just what was asked. Is a "high capacity magazine" 8 rounds or more? Is an assault weapon a semi-automatic pistol? Details matter, yet these questions are posed as to contain little, if any detail. They are polling "feelings" without regard to any specific facts.

Full question:
Do you have a favorable or unfavorable impression of Barack Obama’s proposals for stricter gun control?

Do you feel that way strongly, or somewhat?

------- Favorable ------- NET 53
Strongly 38
Somewhat 15

------ Unfavorable ------ NET 41
Somewhat 10
Strongly 31

No opinion 6

 Are you perhaps trying to avoid the questions I asked?

You still haven't bothered to read the proposed bill I see. Once again, for your edification, the guns you already own are grandfathered.

Have you ever seen a rational response in his posts. He either appeals to polls or whines that a dead law that died before HELLER should rule us

What you desire is not the same question as what is in the law.

and you dishonestly ignored my factually correct assertion that the asshole feinturd wants us to have to pay fees to merely keep what we own and that they become contraband when we die

I've seen 4 polls, two of them conservative polls, that all come up with pretty much the same results.

He doesn't like pesky facts like those.

those polls never ask the proper questions

He doesn't like pesky facts like those.

the fact is-people like him think they will be allowed to sit on the sidelines if the SHTF. HE wants the government agents to do the dirty work.

I already answered your question. They didn't rule on the ban.

That was just one of my questions. Which shows the law was never ruled to be unconstitutional.

Here are my 4 questions you did not answer?

You say you go by the Constitution, right?

Who is authorized under the Constitution with judicial powers?

Is it Madison?

Is it you?

These questions are still not answered, Catawba

those polls never ask the proper questions

That's what Karl Rove said when he poo-pooed the polls that showed Obama was favored to win the election.
